Abstract:
PURPOSE: A tire abrasion preventing system is provided to measure tire abrasion without installing additional devices in a vehicle by providing a system measuring the tire abrasion in a process in which the vehicle enters into a motor road. CONSTITUTION: A tire abrasion preventing system comprises a sensor(5), an calculating unit(32), and a signal outputting unit(33). The sensor is arranged in an installation groove formed on a road, thereby measuring distances from the sensor to a corrugation formed between the threads and to a thread surface of a tire passing through the upper part of the road. The calculating unit calculates a height from the corrugation formed between the threads to the thread surface using the value measured by the sensor. The signal outputting unit outputs warning signals to a driver of a vehicle when the height calculated by the calculating unit is less than a predetermined value.

본 발명은 바이에피택시얼 죠셉슨 접합소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 고온 초전도 Y 1 Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7-x (YBCO) 박막을 이용한 바이에피택시얼 죠셉슨 접합(bi-epitaxial Josephson junction )소자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고온 초전도체(YBCO)와 결정상수가 비슷한 단결정(SrTiO 3 또는 LaAlO 3 )기판을 c축이 표면 수직 벡터에 대하여 α°기울어지게 자른 다음, 상기 기판에 고온 초전도체와 결정상수 차가 큰 박막(YSZ층)을 rf 스퍼터링(sputtering) 방법으로 증착한 다음, 박막층(YSZ층)의 반쪽을 도 3b의 b축 틸트 바운더리(tilt boundary) 또는 도 3c의 b축 트위스트 바운더리(twist boundary) 형태가 되도록 포토리소그래피(photolithography) 방법과 이온 밀링(ion milling) 방법으로 깍아내고, 그 위에 고온 초전도체와 매칭이 잘되는 박막(CeO 2 )을 rf 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착한 후, 고온 초전도체(YBCO) 박막을 dc 스퍼터링 방법으로 증착하여 죠셉슨 접합소자를 만듦으로써 집적화가 가능하고 수율이 높으며, 기판을 c축이 표면 수직 벡터에 대하여 갖는 임의의 작은각이 되도록 자름으로써 접합각 을 조절할 수 있어 특성(높은 IcRn 값)이 좋은 바이에피택시얼 죠셉슨 접합소자를 얻을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An external manifold type molten carbonate fuel cell with a pair of manifolds is provided to simplify structure by reducing contacting area of manifolds and to efficiently manage heat. CONSTITUTION: An external manifold type molten carbonate fuel cell comprises a cubic type stack storage part in which unit cells(50) are laminated, inlet parts(61) which are installed at one side of the stack storage and includes a first inlet(52) and a second inlet(53), outlet parts(63) which are installed at the other side of the stack storage, and includes a first outlet(58) which is connected to the first inlet and a second outlet(59) which is connected to the second inlet, a first flow channel between the first inlet and the first outlet, a second flow channel between the second outlet and the second inlet, and first manifold and second manifold which are respectively attached to the inlet and outlet.

PURPOSE: A center plate for molten carbonate fuel cell is provided to obtain corrosion resistance in wet seal parts which consist of different materials without separate heat treatment or additional welding, thereby capable of reducing production time and process, and increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A center plate for molten carbonate fuel cell comprises a first plate(100) composing a main body, and a second plate(200) corresponding with a part contacting to a matrix. The first plate and the second plate member comprises a joint(300) where the plate members are overlapped each other. A linear pressed part(400), which is formed by applying strain to material, is formed to combine the first and the second plates each other. The pressed part is linearly formed in all over region of the joint from one end to the other end of the joint.

PURPOSE: A wireless charging device is provided to maximize charging efficiency by minimizing the leakage of a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device(200) includes a secondary side coil charging a battery by using electromagnetic induction. A charging station(110) includes a primary side coil generating a magnetic field by applying a high frequency alternating current. The charging station includes a mounting portion(113) on which the electronic device is mounted. A magnetic field blocking member(120) is formed into a form surrounding the charging station. An opening and closing member(125) opens and closes an internal space of the magnetic field insulating member and an outer space.

PURPOSE: A private information providing system recognizing a private signal from a specific person is provided to transmit image data including the private signal to the specific person only. CONSTITUTION: A private information providing system comprises the following: an image insertion unit(12) inserting a private image signal into a public video signal by repeating on and off states with the predetermined frequency; an image transmitting unit(13) transmitting the public video signal including the private image signal to a display device(16); and a shutter device(15) for users to wear, including a shutter closing when the private image signal is turned off and opening when the private image signal is turned on.

PURPOSE: A physical emotion expressing system, a vehicle with the same, and a mobile communication terminal with the same are provided to obtain a mental state of a person and automatically express the mental state to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A body signal measuring sensor(11) receives a signal due to an emotion change of a body. A signal output unit(12) generates an output value. A signal extracting unit(14) extracts a pattern from a measured body signal. A controller(15) selects a pattern closest to the extracted pattern. The controller outputs an output value corresponding to the selected pattern to the signal output unit.
