Abstract: PURPOSE: A printing device of a flexible electronic device correcting an alignment error of a roll and a substrate and a printing method thereof are provided to mass-produce precise and flexible electronic devices by correcting the alignment error of the roll and the flexible substrate by controlling the roll and the substrate finely. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate for printing is wound around a rewinding roll(3). A pattern forming unit(10) is composed of a pattern roll(12) and a pressing roll(14) which rotate to print a fine thin film pattern in the flexible substrate. A winding roll(5) winds the flexible substrate printed with the fine thin film pattern by the pattern forming unit. A guide unit(50) is comprised of a guide roll guiding the flexible substrate and a support roll. A horizontal correction unit corrects the alignment error between the flexible substrate and the pattern roll and includes a worm gear and a screw jack.

Abstract: A roll printing device of an electronic element thin film pattern using an electrostatic spray process is provided to apply a uniform and thin film printed circuit board to a flexible printed circuit board used in a flexible display device. A roll printing device of an electronic element thin film pattern using an electrostatic spray process includes a charging unit, a charging cylinder(20), a second driving motor, a substrate supply unit, a mask(70), and a liquid droplet supply unit(40). The charging unit charges a charge of the first polarity through relative friction. The charging cylinder is coupled to the charging unit and laminates the charge on a circumference. The second driving motor rotates the charging cylinder. The substrate supply unit enables a plane of a substrate(25) to pass the charging cylinder closely. The mask is separately attached to the other plane of the substrate. A predetermined pattern is formed on the mask. The liquid droplet supply unit is located on the other plane, and attaches a liquid droplet of the second polarity to the pattern by a charge of the first polarity which is charged on the charging cylinder.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electronic device manufacturing method is provided to execute a cathode formation process and an encapsulation process at the same time by combining a cathode with a barrier film. CONSTITUTION: A metal electrode layer is formed on a surface energy controlling layer(S20). A barrier layer is formed on a second substrate(S40). A bonding layer is formed on the barrier layer(S50). The metal electrode layer of a first substrate and the bonding layer of the second substrate which are compressed while being faced each other are heated and cooled. The metal electrode layer of the first substrate and the bonding layer of the second substrate are separated into the first substrate and the second substrate and a pattern of the metal electrode layer of the first substrate is transferred to the bonding layer of the second substrate(S60). An organic layer is formed in a third substrate(S70). The bonding layer of the second substrate is compressed to the organic layer of the substrate and heated(S80).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an adhesive metal film and a metal film are provided to pattern a metal film before the metal film is transited into an adhesive material, thereby easily forming various patterns. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic assembly terminal molecule film(110) is formed on one side of a first substrate(100). A thin metal film(140) is stacked on the top of the magnetic assembly terminal molecule film. An adhesive layer(210) is stacked on one side of a second substrate(200) wherein the adhesive layer is made of an adhesive tape or an adhesive material. The thin metal film of the first substrate is bonded with the adhesive layer of the second substrate by heat. The thin metal film of the first substrate is transited into an adhesive layer of the second substrate.
