Abstract: Provided is a method for replication printing an arbitrary plane image file of nanoscale to a radiation curable resin even without CAD data. The method comprises the steps of (S1) setting a processing region and a non-processing region to a radiation curable resin based on the information of an image file; (S2) converting the set processing region and non-processing region into a matrix of ASCII type expressed by 1 and 0, respectively; (S3) irradiating laser selectively only to the processing region based on the matrix to cure the radiation curable resin; (S4) removing the uncured part from the radiation curable resin to finish the nanoscale shape identical with the image file; and optionally arraying and adhering the finished nanoscale shape in the vertical or horizontal direction to make a new nanoscale shape. Preferably the laser is a femto second laser.
