Abstract: PURPOSE: A high contrast organic light emitting device and a display apparatus comprising the same are provided to increase light intensity by using a micro cavity structure. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(502) is formed in the upper part of a substrate. An organic layer(503) is formed in the upper part of the first electrode. A second electrode(504) is formed in the upper part of the organic layer. The first electrode includes a transparent or semi-transparent electrode layer. The second electrode includes a reflection electrode layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic dry jet printing head, a printing device using the same and a method thereof are provided to reduce the spreading of pattern under atmospheric condition by forming patterns through a repetition injection method of a short high speed jet. CONSTITUTION: An organic dry jet printing head comprises a head body(10), a carrier gas supplier(20), an opening/closing valve(30), and a control unit(40). The head body stores organic materials which form a thin film or patterns on a substrate. The head body is connected to the organic material injection nozzle(16). The carrier gas supplier transfers the carrier gas to the inner side of the head body and spreads the organic material of the head body on the substrate through a nozzle. The opening/closing valve is installed on a part through which carrier gas passes in the carrier gas supplier or the head body. The opening/closing valve controls the flow of carrier gas.
