Abstract: PURPOSE: An available bandwidth measurement method using a packet train for preventing the performance degradation of network is provided to measure available bandwidth accurately. CONSTITUTION: An operation for transmitting a packet is repeatedly performed by setting transmission rate according to the increase rate of the packet interval distribution average value(S4-S8). In case the packet interval average of distribution value is not changed, the operation is repeatedly performed for transmitting the packet(S11). The operation is repeatedly operated until the difference value of the packet interval distribution median and packet interval average of distribution value is greater than error.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用分组串来防止网络性能下降的可用带宽测量方法，以准确测量可用带宽。 构成：通过根据分组间隔分布平均值的增加率设定传输速率来重复执行用于传送分组的操作（S4-S8）。 在分组值的分组间隔平均值没有改变的情况下，重复执行用于发送分组的操作（S11）。 重复操作，直到分组间隔分布中值和分组值的分组间隔平均值的差值大于误差。
