Abstract: Liposome having ice necleation activity is mixed with ice nucleating protein seperated and purifyed from Pseudomonas syringae and the mixture phosphatidy inositiol (I) and phosphatidyl coline (II). [mixing ratio (I):(II) is 3:7 . Ice nucleation activity is found to increase with increasing concentration of phosphatidyl inositol. The liposome is obtained by reconstructing of ice nucleation protein.

Abstract translation: 将具有冰块生物活性的脂质体与来自丁香假单胞菌（Pseudomonas syringae）和磷脂酰肌醇（I）和磷脂酰胆碱（II）的混合物与冰核蛋白混合并纯化。 [混合比（I）：（II））为3:7。 发现冰成核活性随着磷脂酰肌醇浓度的增加而增加。 通过重构冰核蛋白获得脂质体。
