    Abstract: Liposome having ice necleation activity is mixed with ice nucleating protein seperated and purifyed from Pseudomonas syringae and the mixture phosphatidy inositiol (I) and phosphatidyl coline (II). [mixing ratio (I):(II) is 3:7 . Ice nucleation activity is found to increase with increasing concentration of phosphatidyl inositol. The liposome is obtained by reconstructing of ice nucleation protein.
