Abstract: PURPOSE: A future technology valuation system and a method thereof are provided to valuate an interesting technology by confirming the value of the interesting technology through a nerve network algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A future technology list generating unit(110) generates a future technology list. A future technology separating unit(120) suggests the future technology list with a survey type to a corresponding expert and separates a future technology list and others according to valuation in a qualitative mode. A technology valuation unit(130) learns the lists based on quantitative indexes set by a user through a nerve network algorithm and valuates interesting technology through the nerve network algorithm. Abstract: 본발명은미래에과학기술분야에서중추적역할을수행할잠재력을지닌핵심적인연구영역에대해지식정보의계량방법을활용하여미래기술리스트를생성하고, 전문가설문의후행평가를통해정성적방식으로미래기술리스트와미래기술이아닌리스트로분류하여, 계량적지표를설정해신경망알고리즘을적용한기술분류기에학습시킨후, 사용자로부터기술분류기에관심기술을입력받아해당관심기술이미래기술로가치가있는지를판단할수 있도록하는미래기술가치평가시스템및 방법에관한것이다. 본발명의실시예에따른미래기술가치평가시스템은, 미래기술선별에필요한자료를선정하고, 선정된자료에대해피인용수(C) 및공인용수(C)를집계하며, 상기자료의피인용수및 공인용수를사용하여유사도를산출하고자료간의관계를도출해그룹화하며, 상기그룹화된자료에대해자료를공인용하는자료수를집계하고각 자료를인용하는자료수에대한상승평균을구해규격화된공인용횟수를산출하며, 상기공인용하는자료수및 규격화된공인용횟수와임계치를각각비교해핵심자료와리서치프론트를형성하며, 상기리서치프론트를필터링하고동시단어(co-word) 분석을하여미래기술리스트를생성하는미래기술리스트생성부; 상기생성된미래기술리스트에대해해당전문가에게설문형태로제시하고설문응답을수신하여정성적방식의후행평가를통해미래기술리스트와미래기술아닌리스트로분리하는미래기술분리부; 및사용자로부터계량적지표를설정받아, 이에근거해미래기술리스트와미래기술아닌리스트를신경망알고리즘을통해학습하고, 사용자로부터관심기술을입력받으면, 학습된신경망알고리즘을통해입력받은관심기술이미래기술에해당하는지를출력하는기술평가부를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A research development monitoring alarm system and a method thereof are provided to continuously research development of research of environmental change of whole research development, same filed or research development activity of related filed business thereby grasping opportunity element or threatening element in advance. CONSTITUTION: A research and development navigator server(120) analyzes patterns from technological information or technological environment information. The research and development navigator server provides analyzed result of map form through a multi-dimension visualization method. Based on the technological information or the technological environment information, a research and development alarm server(130) extracts analysis item and detailed index for sensing of opportunity element and threatening element of company environment. The research and development alarm server predicts or alarms promising technology field and promising technology business item.
