    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for improving the performance of a device using a low temperature annealing process is provided to stably rearrange crystals in the device by implementing the low temperature annealing process after the device is immersed in a coolant with ultra low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A buffer layer(21) is formed on a substrate(10). A first type semiconductor layer(22) is formed on the buffer layer. An active layer(24) is formed on the first type semiconductor layer. The active layer includes a multiple quantum well structure or a quantum dot structure. A second type semiconductor layer(26) is formed on the active layer. A low temperature annealing process is implemented between the first type semiconductor layer forming process and the second type semiconductor layer forming process.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an encapsulant including a phosphor and a light emitting device are provided to easily mix the phosphor and the encapsulant by directly transferring the phosphor which is dispersed in a dispersing solution to the encapsulant with a centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: A phosphor dispersing solution and an encapsulant are prepared(S10). The dispersing solution and the encapsulant are inserted into a container(S12). The phosphor is transferred to the encapsulant using a centrifugal force(S14). The phosphor includes a CdSe or ZnS as components. The encapsulant is a silicon resin or an epoxy resin.
