Abstract:
PURPOSE: A magnesium-titanium based hydrogen storage alloys and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to add Ni taking a role of a catalyst of dehydrogenation for Mg-Ti system hydrogen storage alloy, thereby improving the performance of the hydrogen storage alloy. CONSTITUTION: A portion of magnesium and titanium of magnesium-titanium based hydrogen storage alloy is Mg_8Ti_2. Ni is added as an alloying element. Hydride formed in a hydrogen induced mechanical alloying is comprised. An amount of the added Ni is 5 to 25wt%. The hydride is one or more among Mg system hydride, Mg-Ni system hydride, Ti system hydride, and Ti-Ni system hydride.

A sulfonated polyarylene ether ketone copolymer, and a polymer electrolyte membrane containing the copolymer are provided to lower gas permeation, to improve ion conductivity and structural stability and to reduce the crossover of an oxidant. A sulfonated polyarylene ether ketone copolymer comprises a ketone repeating unit represented by the formula 1; and an ether bond repeating unit containing an aryl group represented by the formula 2, wherein M1, M2 and M3 are independently H, Na, Li or K; R1 and R2 are independently H, a C5-C30 aromatic ring, a C5-C30 aromatic ring containing O, or a C1-C30 alkyl group; x and x' are independently an integer of 0-3; y, y' and z are independently an integer of 1-4; X is -O-, -S-, -NH-, -SO2-, -CO-, -C(CH3)2- or -C(CF3)2-; R3 and R4 are independently H, a C5-C30 aromatic ring, a C5-C30 aromatic ring containing O, or a C1-C30 alkyl group; and a and b are independently an integer of 1-4.

본 발명은 테트라 4급 암모늄 하이드록사이드를 포함하는 폴리(테트라페닐 프탈라진 에테르 술폰), 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 알칼리 연료전지에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 높은 음이온 전도도, 화학적 및 열적 안정성, 용이한 가공성을 갖춘 신규물질인 테트라 4급 암모늄 하이드록사이드를 포함하는 폴리(테트라페닐 프탈라진 에테르 술폰), 이의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 알칼리 연료전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 열적, 화학적으로 안정하고 비용이 저렴한 에테르술폰과 음이온 교환능을 위한 관능기로서 테트라 4급 암모늄을 도입하여 음이온 전도성이 우수한 고분자를 제조할 수 있다. 이에 의에 높은 이온전도도, 화학적 및 열적 안정성, 용이한 가공성을 갖춘 전해질막을 제공할 수 있다. 아울러 이를 이용하여 저렴한 비용으로 용이하게 고효율의 알칼리 연료전지를 제조할 수 있다
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing poly(ethersulfone) containing a side chain imide group is provided to ensure excellent solubility in various solvents, processability, thermal stability and insulation property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing poly(ethersulfone) containing a side chain imide group comprises the steps of: nitrifying poly(ether sulfone) using ammonium nitrate and trifluoroacetic anhydride to prepare poly(ether sulfone)(NO2-PES); reducing the nitro group of the nitrified poly(ether sulfone) using a reducing agent to prepare amino poly(ether sulfone)(NH2-PES); and reacting the amino poly(ether sulfone)(NH2-PES) with triethylamine and phthalate anhydride to prepare iminated poly(ether sulfone)(IPES).
