Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic piston pump is provided to form a groove or a tube on the inner surface of a bore by corresponding to the high speed and pressure of a hydraulic piston pump. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic piston pump comprises a cylinder barrel (10), front and rear housings (20,30), a plurality of pistons, shoes (40,41), a driving shaft (50), a retainer (60), and a yoke (70). A plurality of cylinder bores is formed in the cylinder barrel. The front housing is installed on the front side of the cylinder barrel. The rear housing is installed on the rear side of the cylinder barrel. The pistons are inserted into each cylinder bore to be able to reciprocate. One end of the driving shaft penetrates the front housing to be able to rotate. The other end of the driving shaft is inserted into the center of the cylinder barrel and is rotatably supported. The retainer is shaped into a plate. The center of the retainer is penetrated with the driving shaft. The yoke supports the tip end of a shoe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission efficiently changes power by controlling the angle of a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION: A first gear part receives power from an input shaft and transmits the power to an output shaft (120). A second gear part receives the power from the first gear part and transmits the power to a first power transmission part (152). A hydraulic motor (160) receives hydraulic power from a hydraulic pump and converts the hydraulic power to mechanical power. A second power transmission part receives the mechanical power from the hydraulic motor and transmits the mechanical power to the output shaft through a clutch. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for checking a leakage of a hose assembly is provided to check the leakage in advance before the leakage of fluid is generated in on the periphery of a sleeve covering an end portion of the hose caused by rupture. CONSTITUTION: A device for checking a leakage of a hose assembly comprises a transferring hose(10), a nipple(20), and a sleeve(30). Fluid of high pressure flows in the inside of the transferring hose. One end portion of the nipple is correspondently fitted and joined to the end portion of the transferring hose so that the nipple is fixed. The sleeve is pressed and fixed to an outer periphery of the end portion of the transferring hose, thereby improving the airtightness of the nipple and the transferring hose. A leakage checking hole(50) is formed in the sleeve toward a width direction so that the existence of the leakage in a contact surface with the hose can be checked in advance. A plurality of joining protrusions(40) is formed in the inner periphery of the sleeve so that the joining protrusions are fitted in an outer periphery of the transferring hose and the sleeve is joined to the transferring hose.
