Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of barrier ribs of a plasma display panel is provided to form the barrier ribs with stable process and with one process. CONSTITUTION: Barrier ribs of a plasma display panel are manufactured by fixing, coating, drying, separating and baking. In fixing, a stainless sheet slit frame(1) is fixed onto a dielectric layer(16) on a bottom glass(2) with magnetic force from an electro magnet table(3). In coating, slits of the stainless sheet slit frame(1) is filled with low melting point glass paste(5) by using a squeegee(4). In drying, the glass paste(5) is dried so as to be attached to the bottom dielectric layer(16). In separating, the stainless sheet slit frame(1) is separated from the bottom glass(2) with magnetic force from the electro magnet table(3). In baking, the bottom glass(2) having the glass paste(5) for the barrier ribs(6) is baked in a furnace.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and system for continuous weighting of goods are provided to weigh the goods rapidly and accurately correspondingly with manufacturing speed. Abstract: PURPOSE: An airtightness examining apparatus of O-ring is provided to improve reliance of the airtightness data of the O-ring by examining the airtightness. CONSTITUTION: An examination chamber(1) having a fixing groove(1-1) for inserting an examination O-ring(3) is located beneath a blind flange(2) so as to keep an airtightness. A toxic gas supplier(10) provides a toxic gas of a gas supply line(12) to the examination chamber(1) through an electron valve(14) controlled by a gas supply controller(11) or a controlling valve(13) of a by-pass line(12-1). A vacuum formation part(30) makes vacuum state in the examination chamber(1) by two-step decompression treatment using sequentially a rotary pump(25) and a turbo molecular pump(22). A band heater(5) apply heat to the inner of the examination chamber(1). A sensor(4) is installed to detect a toxic gas, a temperature and a pressure in the examination chamber(1). A controller(6) is installed to control the toxic gas supplier(10), the vacuum formation part(30), and band heater(5), so that the circumstance of the examination chamber(1) is made as a process chamber of semiconductor equipment.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A plasma display panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to lengthen the useful life of the panel by automatically removing the impurity gas from the closed space of the panel through the barrier rib. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel comprises a front panel(10) and a rear panel(20). The front panel includes a front glass plate(12); a plurality of electrodes(14) arranged on the front glass plate; a dielectric layer(16) deposited on the front glass plate and electrodes; and a protective layer(18) deposited on the dielectric layer. The rear panel includes a rear glass substrate(22) corresponding to the front glass plate; a plurality of electrodes(24) arranged on the rear glass plate; a dielectric layer(26) deposited on the rear glass plate and electrodes; and a barrier rib(28) formed on the dielectric layer. The barrier rib includes a plurality of supports having tops contacting the dielectric layer of the front panel; and a plurality of grooves interposed between the supports. The barrier rib is made of a material for removing impurity gases from the internal space of the plasma display panel. The protective layer is made of zeolite.

상기 기밀쳄버(11)내에 회전자재되게 설치되고 각기 시험오링(10)의 장착홈 (28-1,29-1)을 갖는 구동시험봉(18)과 종동시험봉(29)을 구비하되, 이들 구동시험봉(18)과 종동시험봉(29)간의 간격을 조절가능하도록 상기 종동시험봉(29)을 리니어가이드(6)에 의해 지지시킴과 동시에 상기 구동시험봉(18)을 기밀챔버(11)의 외측에 장착된 모터(9)에 연동하도록 구성된 시험구동부(32)와;
가스공급라인(16)을 통한 유해가스를 가스공급제어기(15)에 의해 제어되는 전자밸브(13) 또는 바이패스라인(16-1)의 조절밸브(14)을 통해 상기 기밀쳄버(11)내에 공급하도록 설치되는 유해가스공급부(30)와;
로터리펌프(26)를 작동시켜 1차 감압한 후, 오일확산펌프(22)를 이용하여 설정압력으로 2차 감압함으로써 상기 기밀쳄버(11)의 내압을 진공상태로 낮추는 진공형성부(31)와;
