Abstract: A limestone plane jet for desulfurization in a coal oxy-fuel combustion furnace is provided to improve desulfurization effect by spraying desulfurizing agent, in which combustion gas and limestone are mixed, in a coal oxy-fuel combustion furnace. A limestone plane jet for desulfurization in a coal oxy-fuel combustion furnace comprises a limestone feed part, a mixing tank(50), a connection pipe(90), and a nozzle. The limestone feed part supplies the limestone. The mixing tank is provided with the limestone from the limestone feed part and is provided with combustion gas generated by coal oxy-fuel combustion through a first inlet line(80) and produces desulfurizing agent by mixing the limestone and the combustion gas. The connection pipe moves the desulfurizing agent of the mixing tank to a furnace. The nozzle is connected to the connection pipe and performs plane jet in order to form film on one side section of the furnace. The nozzle comprises an induction pipe, a jet pipe, and a water cooling pipe. The induction pipe is provided with the desulfurizing agent from the connection pipe. The jet pipe is formed on one side of the induction pipe and has protruded upper and lower parts and has left and right sides which are vertically cut. The water cooling pipe is mounted so that the cooling water circulates on the outer surface of the induction pipe.

Abstract: 본발명은소각로에서폐기물이연소되면서발생된고온의연소가스중 유해한산성가스를고체슬러리와함께무화시킴으로서산성가스가대기로배출되는것을방지하는친환경슬러리무화장치에관한것으로서, 더욱상세하게는내부공간이형성되어있되, 측면에는혼합유체가유입되는유입구가형성되고, 상기유입구에직교하는일단에는유입된혼합유체가배출되는유출구가형성되어있는하우징과; 상기하우징의내부에안착되되, 하우징의유출구가형성된전면에는내부로중공홈이형성되어있고, 측면에는상기중공홈으로혼합유체가유입되도록복수의유로관이형성되어있는유체노즐부;로구성되되, 상기무화장치에는하우징의유출구와유체노즐부를관통하여양단이하우징의외부로돌출되도록샤프트가장착되며, 상기하우징의유출구측에위치한샤프트의일단에는분쇄날개가장착되고, 타단에는샤프트를직진운동하도록하는유압실린더가장착되어있는것이특징이다. 상술한바와같이본 발명친환경슬러리무화장치는구성이간단하여제작이용이하며, 소형제작이가능하고, 또한종래노즐을통해소석회슬러리를분무하는것에비해, 고체성분의슬러리로인한노즐이쉽게마모되어액적이커져효율이떨어지는것을방지하며, 노즐의파손에대한노즐교체및 소각로운전정지등으로인한경제성이많이떨어지는단점을방지할수 있기에노즐의마모에의한손상등의영향이없어경제성이매우높으며, 그리고소각로에서발생하는무해가스인산성가스를매우효과적으로없앨수 있기에산성가스를대기중에배출되지않기에매우친환경적이다는등의현저한효과가있다.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for feeding thermal decomposition char into a melting furnace are provided to prevent safety accidents from being generated by stably supplying thermal decomposition char generated in a thermal decomposition process into the melting furnace, and allow performance of the melting furnace to be exhibited to the utmost by supplying the thermal decomposition char into the melting furnace after accurately integrating quantities of the thermal decomposition char to be supplied into the melting furnace. An apparatus for feeding thermal decomposition char into a melting furnace comprises: a thermal decomposition char storage tank(10) including an injection port(12) formed at an upper side of the body such that thermal decomposition char is injected into the body through the injection port, a discharge port(15) formed on a lower side of the body, and a body(11) in which a predetermined storage space is formed to store the injected thermal decomposition char; a first char feeding equipment(30) for feeding into a feeding pipe(80) the thermal decomposition char fed through the discharge port formed on the lower side of the body of the thermal decomposition char storage tank; a weighing equipment(40) installed to weigh the thermal decomposition char fed through the feeding pipe; a second feeding equipment(50) for feeding the thermal decomposition char that has been weighed by the weighing equipment into a melting furnace(90); and an injection pipe(60) including a cooler(61) installed between the second feeding equipment and the melting furnace. The apparatus further comprises a bridge-preventing equipment(20) installed at a lower side of the thermal decomposition char storage tank such that the thermal decomposition char is smoothly discharged to the discharge port(15).
