Disclosed is a blockade preventive apparatus of a melted slag outlet comprising: a tubular outlet to discharge a molten slag; and a fluid based guide forming part to form a fluid based guide configured to define a discharge path of the molten slag in the interior of the outlet, wherein the fluid based guide includes a plurality of multi-fluid injection nozzles to inject fluid inside the outlet, and the fluid based guide formed by the fluid injected by the fluid injection nozzles.

The present invention relates to an ASR (Automobile Shredder Residue) molding device comprising: a hopper containing inner space for receiving ASR; a nozzle receiving and molding the ASR; a feeding unit supplying the ASR received through the hopper to the nozzle. The nozzle of the present invention has at least on path for passing the ASR and the path of the nozzle has a slot for discharging steam existing in ASR, enhancing ASR moldability.

PURPOSE: A hydrothermal-based continuous waste processing apparatus is provided to install a front chamber and a rear chamber at the front side and the rear side of a reactor and store non-processed wastes and processed wastes respectively in the front chamber and the rear chamber. CONSTITUTION: A steam supplying line supplies steam into a reactor(200), a first front chamber, a second front chamber, and at least one rear chamber. A wastes supplying line supplies wastes into the first front chamber and the second front chamber. A steam discharging line for the front chambers discharges steam from the first front chamber and the second front chamber. A steam discharging line for the rear chamber discharges steam from the rear chamber. A wastes discharging line discharges wastes from the rear chamber.

CONSTITUTION: An asbestos waste treatment apparatus comprises an asbestos waste feeder(190), a base controlling agent storing tank(110), a combustion material storing tank(120), a mixer(130), a reactor(150), and a heating unit(160). The asbestos waste feeder is storing asbestos waste. The base controlling agent storing tank includes a base controlling agent for controlling the flowing property and the melting temperature of the asbestos waste.

PURPOSE: A rotary pyrolysis system for waste is provided to have a reduced size because the waste, whose volume is gradually reduced through pyrolysis, is carried to a central portion. CONSTITUTION: A rotary pyrolysis system for waste comprises an upper fixed body(100) and a lower rotating body(200). The upper fixed body includes a gas vent, a waste feeder(110), an auxiliary combustor(120), and a waste pusher(130). The gas vent discharges combustion gas to the outside. The auxiliary combustor supports the combustion of waste. The waste pusher pushes waste to the central portion of the system. The lower rotating body is installed under the upper fixed body and has a residue discharge port(201) and a rotating device(210).

PURPOSE: A waste incinerator equipped with an overheating prevention device for incineration of high caloric waste by using recirculation of the flue gas and an overheating prevention control method thereof are provided to prevent local overheating in a drying area and maintain the decided incinerator amount of the heat waste. CONSTITUTION: A waste incinerator equipped with an overheating prevention device for incineration of high caloric waste by using recirculation of the flue gas comprises an incinerator body(10), a waste inlet unit(20), a combustion device(30), and a re-cycling nozzle unit(40). The multi-leveled combustion chamber of the incinerator body is made of first and second combustion chambers(11,12). The waste inlet unit throws waste in the incinerator body. The combustion device divides the waste combustion processes into a drying stage(33), a combustion stage(34), and a post burning stage(35).
