Abstract: The present invention relates to a vibration-adaptive vision inspecting system. More specifically, the vibration-adaptive vision inspecting system comprises a vibration function modeling part for learning and modeling vibration generated in the press operation of a press device to a vibration function; a vision inspecting part for detecting defects by photographing a formed object discharged from the press device and analyzing the photographed image of the formed object; and a driving control part for generating inspection conditions in which the vibration according to the press operation is reflected based on the modeled vibration function, and controlling the operation of the vision inspecting part according to the generated conditions. The present invention can obtain the precise image of the formed object discharged from the press device regardless of the vibration by applying the inspection conditions in which the vibration generated by the press operation of the press device is applied to the vision inspecting part; thereby increasing inspection accuracy. Also, the present invention can change the position of the vision inspecting part or can apply opposite vibration waves with the same size as the press vibration to the vision inspecting part by predicting the vibration signal of the press device for periodically generating the vibration with the same strength through the learning of the vibration function modeling part; thereby making the automation of the process.
