Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas detection method of a connector mold which separates or repairs a mold is provided to reduce the time for repairing a mold by accurately detecting the gas generating state using a monitoring unit and a cavity sensor. CONSTITUTION: When normal charging operates, a master curve and a predetermined tolerance range are provided(201). The master curve shows relation between the predetermined parameter and the time. The parameter of a connector mold is measured by a cavity sensor and a monitoring device for an extrusion process(202). If is determined that the difference between the parametric value of the master curve, and the measured parametric value(204). The extrusion process is stopped and alarming rings when the difference is out of tolerance.
