Abstract: A molding apparatus with an up and down movement part according to the present invention comprises: a settle part which allow a core with a molding groove to be settled; a lower mold which is formed to cover the external circumference of the settle part, is installed to be vertically moved and includes an up and down movement part protruding in upward movement as compared to an upper side of the core; an upper mold which is installed to be attachable to the lower mold from the upper side of the lower mold, forms an enclosed space around the core by allowing a lower side to be in contact with the up and down movement part when the up and down movement part moves upward and allows the lower side to be in contact with the upper side of the core when the up and down movement part moves downward; and a discharge part connecting the enclosed space and the outside, and an inject part injecting molding materials into a molding groove which are formed in at least one side among the upper mold and the lower mold. A molding apparatus according to a different type of the present invention comprises: a settle part which allows a core with a molding groove to be settled; a lower mold which is installed in a lower part of the settle part in order to be vertically moved and includes an up and down movement part lowering the core in downward movement; an upper mold which is installed to be attachable to the lower mold from the upper side of the lower mold, forms an enclosed space around the core by allowing a lower side to be in contact with the up and down movement part when the up and down movement part moves downward and allows the lower side to be in contact with the upper side of the core when the up and down movement part moves upward; and a discharge part connecting the enclosed space and the outside, and an inject part injecting molding materials into a molding groove which are formed in at least one side among the upper mold and the lower mold.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for adjusting filling imbalance of an injection mold are provided to balance filling in the injection mold by automatically adjusting the cross section of a runner in accordance with the signal output from a controller. An apparatus for adjusting filling imbalance of an injection mold includes one or more runner cross section control units, sensors(11,12,11',12'), and a controller. The runner cross section control unit adjusts the sizes of the cross sections of one or more runners(4,4'). The sensors are arranged to monitor the environment of the insides of cavities(2,2'). The controller is arranged to control the runner cross section control units on the basis of the signals output from the sensors. The apparatus further includes a wire or wireless communication unit connected to the sensors so as to allow for transmission of signals between the sensors and the controller.
