    Abstract: PURPOSE: An environment-friendly high-strength water-permeable block using industrial byproducts and low-grade limestone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce global warming and to reduce carbon dioxide by using low-grade limestone instead of cement. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly high-strength water-permeable block using industrial byproducts and low-grade limestone is as follows. Powder is prepared by mixing low-grade limestone, binder, and a mixture. The replacement rate adds the water in the pulverized body so that 20% to 10 become. Paste is formed by adding water to the powder so that a ratio of the water and the binder can be 10~20%. 3~25mm natural aggregate or recycled aggregate is added to the paste and is cured to have a 15~25% porous ratio.
