The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th2-mediated immune diseases, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, a natural extract of at least one natural extract selected from the group consisting of Wolfiporia cocos, Phellodendron amurense, and Achyranthes japonica. According to the present invention, the natural extract has an effect of inhibiting the generation of IL-4 generation and the degranulation of mast cells, and thus can prevent, alleviate, or treat Th2-mediated diseases.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising Solani nigri herba extract, Dictamni radices cortex extract, or its combination as an active ingredient for preventing, alleviating, or treating Th1-mediated immune disease or Th2-mediated immune disease. According to the present invention, the Solani nigri herba extract and/or the Dictamni radices cortex extract has a differentiation-inducing activity to Treg cells, thereby can be used to prevent, alleviate, or treat Th1-mediated immune disease or Th2-mediated immune disease.
