Abstract: PURPOSE: A structure of a dust charging device is provided to improve a collecting efficiency of a filtering collecting device by consuming a small amount of energy and to minimize an installing space. CONSTITUTION: A disk typed dust charging device comprises: a corona discharging electrode and a pipe shaped grounded electrode being formed by combining plural stainless disks; a supporting bar for supporting the discharging electrode and for insulating from the grounded electrode; and a corn being located in the inlet of the dust charging device for reducing a disturbance of the flow. Herein, plural discharging electrodes are arranged toward the flowing direction of a fluid for the influent dust to pass through an electric field for tens of time and to be charged repeatedly. Therefore, the discharging efficiency of the fine dust particle is increased even under a rapidly flowing condition.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hybrid air purification apparatus is provided to simultaneously remove gaseous pollutants such as NOx and particulate pollutants from flue gas by using catalyst-coated filter. Abstract: PURPOSE: A high efficiency dust charging equipment of helical screw type is provided, which can charge dust by turbulent flow caused by helical screws with high charging efficiency and little power consumption, so that the charged dust particles of high porosity can be easily removed by filter thus keeping low pressure drop caused by high porosity dust layer, reducing dedusting frequency of filter and extending the life of filter. Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrostatic air filter and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to achieve a comfortable condition for a cabin area of motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic air filter for adsorbing, collecting and removing dust, hazardous gas and offensive odor contained in the air, comprises three filter layers(6,7,8). The first filter layer is a pre-filter layer constituted by a long-fiber non-woven fabric of polyester base, and collects large particle dust contained in the air. The second filter layer is constituted by polypropylene micro fiber and collects fine particle dust. The third filter layer is constituted by a monofilament non-woven fabric and serves to firmly support the first and second filter layers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor vehicle air filter and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to achieve a comfortable condition for a cabin area of motor vehicle. 시험먼지를 저장하는 저장조 및 시험먼지를 공급하는 스크류피더의 형상 및 구조와 배출된 먼지를 원활하게 유도하는 분리형 공급먼지 유도 호퍼 부분의 구조 및 형상과 압축공기를 이용하여 먼지의 유입유도 및 분산시키는 분산기의 구조와 먼지 분산시 발생하는 정전기를 제거하는 구조로 구성되어 있어 기존의 먼지공급 및 분산장치의 모든 문제점을 해결하여 정밀도를 요구하는 집진장치 및 필터 성능시험 장치에 폭 넓게 활용할 수 있는 시험용 먼지 공급 및 분산장치이다.
