Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable RFID tag reader having an object recognition sensor function is provided to activate an RFID tag reader module which an object having an RFID tag contacts. That is, the service application information refers to information which is acquired when the user becomes a member and it is gathered in order to prevent the illegal use of a mobile postage stamp and to manage a user's record of performance.
