Abstract: The present invention discloses a resource information integration management device. The resource information integration management device comprises: a resource information receiving unit configured to receive resource information used for each unit generation by distinguishing the unit generation in a home network environment; a resource information classifying unit configured to classify the resource information received per generation unit by resource; and a resource information management unit configured to generate resource relationship information between the classified resource information, and to manage the resource information per unit generation in accordance to the resource relationship information and the resource information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fault management method using a substitute resource. The disclosed fault management method comprises the steps of: if a fault occurs at a resource on a network, diagnosing the fault on the corresponding resource and checking whether other resources related to the corresponding resource is abnormal; collecting a diagnosis result on the corresponding resource and other related resource and determining a final fault cause; searching for the substitute resource having an identical or a similar function when compared with the resource having the fault based on the final fault cause; and replacing the resource having the fault with the searched substitute resource and providing a continuous service.
