본 발명은, 디지털화된 건축물 정보와 건축물 내의 동적 관리 자원 정보를 통합하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 건축 설계 또는 시공 단계에서 구축된 건축물 관련 디지털 정보와 건축물 내의 각종 센서 및 디바이스, 네트워크, 서비스와 같이 동적으로 관리되는 자원들의 정보를 통합하여 관리하기 위하여, 디지털화된 건축물 정보와 건축물과 관련된 하나 이상의 동적 자원으로부터 수집된 동적 자원 정보에 대하여 각각 자원 객체를 생성하여 그 리스트를 유지 및 관리하며, 이를 바탕으로 각 자원 객체 사이의 관계를 나타내는 자원 관계 객체의 통합 맵을 생성, 유지 및 관리한다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for integrally managing building information are provided to intuitionally and visually manage inner resources by integrally managing the dynamic monitoring information of digitized building information and inner resources. CONSTITUTION: Resources information collectors(120_1-120_N) collects resource information from the dynamic resources related to a building. A individual resources management part(220) receives a digitized building information from a building information storing part and stores and manages the list of the building resource object corresponding to the resources of the building. The individual resources management part generates the dynamic resource object corresponding to the dynamic resource information and stores and manages the list of the dynamic resource object. A resources integration part(250) is connected to the individual resources management part and generates and manages the relation of the building resource object and the dynamic resource object.

PURPOSE: An information exchange protocol based an information providing service system between multiple devices and a method thereof are provided to create new services which utilize the control function of a device, installation and execute functions of a specific application program. CONSTITUTION: Each of multiple devices (100) loads device architecture and information providing applications for performing information exchange and remote control in a specific network based on a standardized information exchange protocol. An information providing server (200) receives equipment information from the each device. The information providing server transmits the information providing applications to the devices in order to be installed according to each platform of the devices. The information providing server transmits guide information data which is predetermined through information providing application service module to the information providing applications of the devices. The certificate server assign authenticodes and the authority level to each device and service resource. PURPOSE: A universal middleware bridge apparatus and a method thereof for offering a translation rule schema in order to easily write out the translation rule for the modularization of a common function are provided to modularize a common function in order to reduce adaptor development burden between devices on a middleware. CONSTITUTION: A transformation rule collecting unit(120) collects transformation rule for interaction between different middleware devices. A translation rule registering unit(110) registers a message conversion regulation according to a message format. A message converting unit(140) converts messages from the middleware devices based on a conversion regulation.
