Disclosed are a carrier aggregation-based interference control method and apparatus for small base stations. The method of the present invention comprises: setting a primary component carrier (PCC) as a first carrier and setting a secondary component carrier (SCC) as a second carrier; monitoring a signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the first carrier or the second carrier; and determining whether the SINR of the first carrier is smaller than a predetermined threshold.

Disclosed are a multi-cell selection method and a distributed data transmission method to provide enhanced mobile data transmission in a wireless overlay network. A method for selecting a cell which distributes and transmits data in a wireless overlay network environment can include a step of allowing a base station to receive a data distribution transmission request from a mobile terminal and a step of selecting a plurality of wireless communication devices which distribute and transmit data to the mobile terminal among peripheral wireless communication devices, based on the service profile of the mobile terminal and the slack resource information of the peripheral wireless communication devices, and reception signal intensity information about the peripheral wireless communication devices of the mobile terminal.

In an existing survey call service, since a sender prepares a survey call through web and a receiver carries out a procedure to represent his/her opinion by inputting number buttons based on voice content provided through an ARS, there exists cumbersomeness in the procedures and disadvantage that the voice content through the ARS is hard to be repeated and a survey user has difficulty to listen to a collected survey result, which is delivered to the user through the ARS, repeatedly. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a survey call service which provides receivers, for whom a survey is intended, with a callback URL as a text message by using a callback URL SMS and allow the receivers to check content of the survey in their terminals immediately via connection to the Internet under smartphone environments and input and transmit their selection. Also, according to the present invention, a result of the survey is immediately transmitted to a sender of the survey, thereby allowing the sender to check a state of the survey in real time.

A method for controlling approach of a data service using a data characteristic according to the present invention includes processes of classifying and establishing data into open data, subscriber approach possible data, and authentication request data according to a data characteristic by a data server; discriminating a characteristic of request data when a data request is received from a mobile terminal; extracting and providing the request data to the mobile terminal by the data server when the request data are the open data; extracting and providing the request data to the mobile terminal by the data server when the mobile terminal is a subscriber terminal through inquiry of a user service mode if the request data are the subscriber approach possible data; and performing security authentication with the mobile terminal when the request data are authentication request data and extracting and providing the request data to the mobile terminal by the data server when the security is authenticated.
Abstract:
A method of managing a service mode of a femto cell base station and access allowance for a terminal is disclosed. The method of managing access allowance comprises: receiving a first access allowance change request for a terminal; and transmitting a second access allowance change request for the terminal to a mobility management entity (MME) in response to the first access allowance change request. With the method of the present invention, the service mode of the femto base station and the access allowed terminal can be changed in real time according to a situation of the user. Accordingly, quality of service can be improved and efficient management of the femto base station can be achieved through interference control between a macro base station and the femto base station.

휴대인터넷시스템에서 셀경계지역에서의 이동성지원을 위한 핸드오버 기능을 수행하기 위해서 필수적으로 스캐닝과정이 선행 되어져야 한다. 스캐닝을 통해 인접셀의 CINR(Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio)을 측정 및 연산한다. 이를 위해 단말과 기지국 사이에는 스캐닝이 필요할 때 마다 SCN-REQ/RSP(Scanning Request/Response) 메시지를 주고 받아서 스캐닝할 시간 구간을 단말과 기지국간에 설정하게 된다. 따라서 핸드오버가 실제 일어나는 핸드오버영역(handove region)에서는 잦은 스캐닝메세지의 송수신이 필요하게 되는데, 이것은 대역폭의 낭비와 단말의 전력소비등 많은 오버헤드를 동반하게 된다. 또한 스캐닝구간이 최대 20초 정도까지 된다. 본 발명은 스캐닝 기능을 기존 방법보다 간략화 시키는 방법을 제안한다. 핸드오버, 휴대 인터넷 시스템, 스캐닝
