PURPOSE: A traffic information searching method of a mobile communication device is provided to extract a start point based on the coordinate of the current position and extract an end point based on location storing information. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication device searches a first traffic facility based on the coordinate of a current position (S120). The mobile communication device selects the searched first traffic facility as a start point (S130). A mobile communication device searches a second traffic facility based on location storing information (S140). The mobile communication device selects the searched second traffic facility as an end point (S150). Abstract:
PURPOSE: A location measuring device and method are provided to accurately measure the current location of a wireless communication unit by referring to the location of wireless IP network access points employing GPS using a navigation installed in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A location measuring device comprises a navigation unit(210) and a wireless communication unit(320). The navigation unit creates reference location data of wireless IP network access points using satellite-based location information of a satellite and reference data obtained from waves received from the wireless IP network access points during movement. The wireless communication unit measures the current location through trigonometry or inverse trigonometry based on the reference location information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A femto cell interference control method considering of a macro cell is provided to avoid interference for the macro cell by preventing the interference of a femto cell for the macro cell. CONSTITUTION: The reception power of a macro cell base station is measured or estimated(S110). A linear coefficient is multiplied at the transmission power of the macro cell base station(S120). In case the reception power is zero, the transmission power minimum values of a femto cell is added to multiplication result values(S130). Minimum values are acquired from addition result values and the maximum transmission power values of the femto cell. The minimum value and the minimum transmission power values of the femto cell are established as the transmission power of the femto cell(S140).

PURPOSE: A downlink forward tunneling method, base station for downlink forward tunneling, and mobile communication system are provided to efficiently set up a downlink forward tunnel and to reduce time for setting up a tunnel by using X2AP protocol. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(41) transmits tunnel information of a base station and a handover request to each target base station. A receiver(43) receives the tunnel information of a response about the handover request from each target base transceiver station. A tunnel processing unit(45) generates two tunnels between a serving cell and a target cell by tunnel information. Each target base station transmits tunnel information of the target base station.

A traffic processing system and a method thereof are provided to reduce unnecessary paging by having devices for processing traffic and quickly process traffic, thereby improving performance of the system. An apparatus(310) for managing mobility is connected to a plurality of access nodes(210). Mobility and access information about a mobile terminal are managed by the apparatus. System structure gateways(320a~320n) allocate an IP(Internet Protocol) according to a request of the apparatus for managing mobility and transmit a data packet about the mobile terminal. A load balance unit(340) transmits the data packet received from an IP network(700) to one of the system structure gateways.
