In the present invention, disclosed are an apparatus for allocating a resource using a hybrid mode in a wireless network and a method thereof. The apparatus for allocating the resource using the hybrid mode in the wireless network includes: an information collecting unit which receives at least one preset feature parameter from a plurality of network groups; a group determining unit which classifies the corresponding network group into a resource allocation group for performing centralized resource allocation or dispersed resource allocation based on at least one feature parameter and a preset threshold value; and a resource allocating unit which controls each network group to perform the centralized resource allocation or the dispersed resource allocation according to the classified resource allocation group.

PURPOSE: A secondary transmitting station included in a cognitive radio communication system and a communication method of the station are provided to broaden a spectrum bandwidth selected by a secondary user by using a spectrum band not used by a primary user and a spectrum band used by the primary user together. CONSTITUTION: A secondary transmitting station estimates an interference channel between the secondary transmitting station and a primary user at each of one or more first spectrum bands used by a primary system(330). The secondary transmitting station calculates an orthogonal projection matrix(340). PURPOSE: A method for communicating between a terminal and a base station based on interference alignment in a multi cell multi user multiple input multiple output (MIMO) antenna interference channel environment and a communication method using interference alignment and block successive interference pre-cancellation in a multi user MIMO interference channel are provided to perform communication by aligning interference in order to maximize signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) and signal to leakage and noise ratio (SLNR) in the multi cell multi user MIMO antenna interference channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel matrix between antennas installed in a terminal and antennas installed in a first base station (111) and a channel matrix between the antennas installed in the terminal and antennas installed in a second base station (121) are recognized. PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for implementing a wideband balun using a pure left-handed transmission line are provided to be used in a broad band by overcoming the limit of a design or narrow band of a balun. CONSTITUTION: A Wilkins distributor is connected to an input terminal and distributes the input terminal to a micro strip line transmission line and a transmission line following a pure left-handed law. A first output terminal performs a matching operation by using a transformer with a preset value and the transmission line following the pure left-handed principle distributed from the Wilkins distributor. A second output terminal performs a matching operation by using the micro strip line transmission line distributed from the Wilkins distributor and the transmission line with the preset value.
