광대역 음성 코덱 적용 가능한 유무선통합 단말장치가 개시된다. 유무선통합 단말장치는 네트워크 연결을 위한 통신부, 및 통신부를 통해 상대 단말장치와의 호 설정시 호 제어 서버로부터 상대 단말장치의 광대역 음성 코덱과 동일한 코덱을 다운로드하는 제어부를 포함한다. 이에 의해 고품질의 음성 통화가 가능해진다.

PURPOSE: An open API call relay server, a system including the same and open API call relay method are provided to be able to seen as if directly interoperating with an open service gateway to an application by making an API call relay server provide the same interface as open service gateway. CONSTITUTION: A communication system(2) includes an internet(20) and communication networks(22,24,26). The internet includes an application(200) and an ENUM(E.164 Number Mapping) server(202). The communication networks include an API call relay server(220) and an open service gateway(222). The open service gateway provides an API to an application in the internet. The API call relay server is located in a front end of the open service gateway and relays the API call to an open service gateway formed in other communication networks in case of an API call of the application. The application and the ENUM server are interoperated with the API call relay server provided by the communication network. 본 발명은 MDCT 계수의 크기에 따라 그 크기를 조절하여 음질을 향상시키는 MDCT 영역에 대한 후처리 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 MDCT 영역에 대한 후처리 방법은, 입력 프레임의 MDCT 계수에 대한 미분값의 증감을 토대로 MDCT 계수에 의한 피크(peak)와 밸리(valley)를 구하고, 피크와 밸리를 단위로 하는 복수의 서브 대역을 형성하는 단계, 복수의 피크에 대한 미분값의 증감을 토대로 복수의 피크에 대한 글로벌 포먼트와 밸리를 판단하고, 글로벌 포먼트와 밸리에 대한 서브 대역을 통합하여 복수의 대역을 형성하는 단계, 입력신호에 대한 shaping 비율을 대역에 적용하여 각 대역에 대한 필터 계수를 구하는 단계, 및 MDCT 계수에 필터 계수를 승산하여 각 대역의 입출력 MDCT 계수의 이득을 일치시키는 단계를 구비한다. PURPOSE: A set-top box and wideband voice internet phone service supplying method using the same are provided to implement a wideband voice internet phone service through wideband voice codec. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(210) transmits and receives a broadcasting signal or an internet phone signal. A connection processing unit(220) outputs the broadcasting signal or the internet phone signal. A wideband voice processing unit(260) converts the internet phone signal into a voice signal through a wideband voice codec. PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for adaptive sub-band allocation of spectral coefficients are provided to implement accurate quantization which uses a short sub-band by performing the quantization of a sub-band unit. CONSTITUTION: A short sub bandwidth permission decider(131) determines the usage of a short sub band from an audio signal, and a bandwidth allocation unit(132) allocate a converted spectrum coefficient. A sub bandwidth type decider(133) sets up the usage of a long or short sub bandwidth in each band according to the distribution of spectrum coefficients. When the size of the sub band is determined, a sub bandwidth allocation unit(134) allocates the spectrum coefficient of each band is allocated to each sub band.

CONSTITUTION: If a calling subscriber(201) calls a called subscriber(202), a calling-side switch(203) transmits the information of the calling and called subscribers to a subscriber database(204) and requests the subscriber database(204) to send the states and service information of the calling and called subscribers. The subscriber database searches for requested information and transmits a result to the calling side switch(203). If it is possible to call both calling and called subscribers, the calling-side switch(203) transmits a call seizure request signal to a called-side switch(205) and updates the subscriber states. If the associated signal is completed, the called-side switch(205) transmits a ring signal to the called subscriber so that normal call processing can be executed.
