PURPOSE: A web service information processing method is provided to quickly and safely provide personalized composite web service. CONSTITUTION: A web service information processing method comprises: a step(S310) of collecting web service information; a step(S320) of saving the web service information per web service; a step(S330) of saving the web service information per web service; a step of learning a method for predicting web service failure based on the saved web service information by a QoS storage unit; and a step(S340) of composing web service failure information about the web service failure.

A functionality information processor(120) extracts an action and an object from the sentence and generates and selects functionality information connected with the action and the object. PURPOSE: A web mining-based contextual knowledge extracting device, a method and a context-aware mobile advertisement system using the same are provided to analyze the contents described in the web contents thereby extracting various experiences of users and securing large-scale user context types. CONSTITUTION: A web contents collector(110) searches the web contents related to a seed keyword. The web contents collector performs focused crawling based on the searched web contents. The web contents collector collects the web contents including at least one advertisement-inducing entity. A feedback numeral calculator(130) produces feedback values of each advertisement inducing entity.
