Abstract:
A sensor gateway apparatus based on a ubiquitous sensor network, a system for providing an application service by using the same and a method for providing user circumstance information based on the ubiquitous sensor network are provided to prevent information loss due to unexpected communication disablement and reduce development costs. A sensor data collecting unit(24) collects sensor data about circumstance information of a user measured with at least one sensor adhered to the user or a thing. Sensor data are transmitted to a data management unit(21) from the sensor data collecting unit. The data management unit extracts sensor data corresponding to a predefined data format, a user profile and requirements according to a query of an application service system. A transceiver(27) receives the query of the application service system. The transceiver transmits the sensor data in the application service system.

An apparatus and a method for recognizing person behaviors using a motion vector are provided to cope with an emergency situation effectively that may occur with an observation target person. A recognition table storage unit(11) stores behavior configuration information corresponding to an average motion vector. An image collecting unit(12) collects images inputted from the exterior. A motion vector calculating unit(13) recognizes an object from an image collected by the image collecting unit and calculates motion vectors of the object. An average motion vector calculating unit(14) calculates an average motion vector with respect to the motion vectors calculated by the motion vector calculating unit. A behavior recognizing unit(15) searches the recognition table storage unit with the average motion vector calculated by the average motion vector calculating unit to recognize a corresponding behavior.

본 발명은 무구속 및 무자각의 수면 질 관리 장치에 관한 것으로서, 사용자의 존재 및 움직임에 따른 압력을 감지하는 다수의 압력센서들을 구비하는 무게 센서부; 사용자의 주변 수면 환경을 감지하는 다중 센서를 구비하는 환경 센서부; 및 상기 무게 센서부 및 상기 환경 센서부에서 감지된 정보들을 수집 및 분석하고, 분석된 정보들을 수면의 질에 따라 분류 및 관리하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이로써 사용자의 수면 환경을 변경해 가며 학습을 통해 피측정자에 적합한 최적화된 수면 환경을 제공할 수 있으며, 편안하고 안락한 수면을 통한 피로의 회복 및 웰빙을 제공하여 낮 동안의 생활에 활력과 효율성을 제공할 수 있다.

An apparatus and a method for preventing an old person from getting lost are provided to call a guardian to prevent an old person from getting lost when the old person is out of his/her life zone. A life zone setting unit(120) sets up the life zone of a protection target person, and a GPS information receiver(130) receives GPS information to obtain the location and time information of the target person. When the person is out of his/her life zone, a lost prediction unit(140) informs that the person is in a state of getting lost. If the person get lost, a life zone re-entrance inducing unit(150) provides the information for guiding the person to re-enter the life zone and tries to make a call with a guardian terminal(300).

A non-restrictive automatic weight measuring apparatus and method are provided to automatically measure the weight of a user and manage a variation in the weight of the user by using a weight management module. A non-restrictive automatic weight measuring apparatus includes at least one load cell(100), a weight measurement module(200) for reading a measured value from the load cell and measuring a weight value while a user does not recognize the measurement, and a weight decision module(300) for receiving the measured weight value, confirming whether the time when the weight value is measured corresponds to a predetermined weight measuring time and whether the weight value satisfies a minimum weight and obtains at least one median satisfying the confirmation to decide a new weight of the user.

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a walking pattern is provided to calculate correctly a moving track of a COP(Center Of Pressure) by reflecting a characteristic of an FSR(Force Sensing Resistor) sensor and a characteristic of a frame structure of a foot. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of FSR sensors measures a foot pressure value(S310). The output values of the FSR sensors are pre-processed(S320). A maximum pressure local region is searched(S330). A COP calculation process for the maximum pressure local region is performed(S340). The calculated COP is added to a COP moving track (S350).

PURPOSE: An insole type navigation apparatus and an operation method thereof are provided to give a navigation function to shoes, especially for the old or disabled, by guiding a moving direction through vibration. CONSTITUTION: An insole type navigation apparatus(120) comprises a GSP module which is installed in user's shoes and provides information on user's location, a vibrating motor which is installed in the insoles of the shoes and vibrates to indicate a moving direction, and a controller which selectively drives the vibrating motor to inform the user of the direction to destination.

PURPOSE: Smart footwear is provided to remove an inconvenience of elderly people wearing new apparatus and to measure an active mass and a sense of isolation in a daily life. CONSTITUTION: The smart footwear includes a film type leading sensor(110), which measures a change of power added to a smart footwear user as a resistance value, an acceleration sensor(120) measuring an acceleration value according to movement changes of the user, and a microcontroller(130), which predicts a current state and activity mass of the user by using the resistance value and the acceleration value, and creates status information and active mass information of user.

PURPOSE: A motion recognizing system using footwear for recognizing a motion is provided to correct the posture of a wearer by using information about the motion of a foot, a three dimensional position and the balance of the body of the wearer. CONSTITUTION: Motion recognition footwear(10) measures a height, an acceleration, and the pressure of a foot, preprocesses the measured signal, and transmits the signal to the outside. An information processing terminal(20) analyzes the signal received from the motion recognition footwear, obtains the three dimensional position, the motion of the foot, and the balance of the body of wearer, and provides an application service based on the obtained information.
