Abstract: A method for providing and extracting link information by using an FIC(Fast Information Channel) is provided to offer and extract the link information such as a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and a phone number without an additional device in a terrestrial DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) system. If the link information is changed, the ensemble multiplexer changes a link version number of a version number region(608). Abstract: A method for generating a counter block value is provided to generate the counter block value by a combination of a CIF count value and a counter, thereby improving frequency efficiency according as the counter block value is not separately transmitted.
