Abstract:
PURPOSE: A keyword recommending apparatus is provided to increase the convenience of a mobile search and automatically recommend a keyword through the analysis of a query login. CONSTITUTION: A keyword recommendation apparatus(10) includes an information collecting unit(110), a keyword searching unit(120) and a user interface unit(130). The information collecting unit collects situation information and user information from a GPS(Global Positioning System) signal. The keyword searching unit searches recommended keywords from collected information. The user interface unit recommends the searched keyword to a user.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for constructing a query index database, a method for recommending a query by using the query index database are provided to classify a click document based on a query and click log of a user, thereby classifying and indexing a query language by a concern subject. CONSTITUTION: A representative query language and iso-form query language are selected by normalizing query log data(S403). The data with a clicked document and the query language corresponding to a click log data uses one of machine study-based classification among a naive Bayesian model, a SVM(Support Vector Machine) and a neural network and is classified by a relevant subject(S405). The representative query language and iso-form query language are indexed and saved with information about the relevant subject. Query language which frequency is the highest among query language log data having same URL(Uniform Resource Locator) is selected as the representative query language.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for a personalized search are provided to rearrange the rank of search result based on module analyzing interest filed, thereby improving the information search and function of media search. CONSTITUTION: A model generator(100) analyze interest field of a user through directory classification information of a user terminal. A model generating unit generates an interest analysis model(130). A search engine unit(110) generates search result through an information search engine of a user terminal. A personalization search engine unit(120) generates personalized search result by re-ordering of generated search result based on model of analyzing interest field.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for recommending an advertisement suitable for a contents context, an apparatus thereof and a customized advertising service method are provided to maximize the advertisement exposure effect by reflecting the update of an advertisement DB in real time. CONSTITUTION: A language analyzing unit(20) analyzes sentence morphemes in input contents, and recognizes an object name through the language analysis. A document analyzing unit(30) automatically assigns an advertisement dividing category which is most suitable for the contents. A meaning analyzing unit(40) extracts a representative advertisement keyword. An advertisement matching unit(50) extracts an advertisement keyword from an advertisement keyword DB(54) and recommends an advertisement. In case the advertisement DB(56) is updated, an advertisement feedback unit(60) renews the necessary resources.
Abstract:
A method for managing broadcast program names and person names in an EPG search service is provided to remove the necessity for a user to memorize and search a correct name included in an EPG DB. The original name is indexed through the space elimination of a program name included in an EPG DB(S200). A broadcast program name and a person name are separated by the syllable unit through an unused name list(S202). The space is removed from the program name of EPG and is indexed(S204). The program name is indexed by a bigram unit for robust recognition against a partial spelling error(S206).
Abstract:
An apparatus for post-processing conversation errors by using the multi-level verification in a voice conversation system and a method therefor are provided to recognize various conversation errors which can be generated in the conversation system, through the verification of multi-level type. A voice recognition part(50) extracts the feature vector of a voice signal and performs the voice recognition. A language analysis part(120) linguistically analyzes the user's utterance and outputs the language analysis result. A conversation analysis part(130) grasps the detailed meaning of the user's utterance based on the previous utterance and outputs the conversation analysis result. A conversation analysis and management part(140) analyzes the meaning of the user's utterance by referring to the flow of the whole conversation and outputs the analyzed result.

A knowledge normalization method for managing a knowledgebase and device thereof are provided to prevent performance degradation owing to disagreement between knowledge stored in the knowledgebase and a keyword used for searching the knowledge by normalizing the knowledge when an information extraction result is stored to the knowledgebase or the knowledge is searched from the knowledgebase. A memory part(210) stores normalization modes according to an attribute of an input character string and a normalization table(211) storing priority. A normalization controller(220) performs the normalization suitable for the attribute of the input character string based on information stored in the normalization table. A normalizer(230) normalizes the inputted character string by control of the normalization controller. The memory part includes a thesaurus(212), an abbreviation dictionary database(213), a sound different mark dictionary database(214), a pattern rule database(215), and a similar character string dictionary database(216). The normalizer includes a thesaurus-based normalizer(231), a dictionary-based normalizer(232), a rule-based normalizer(233), and a similar character string-based normalizer(234).

A method and a device for extracting a correct answer in a Q/A(question/answer) system are provided to improve performance of the Q/A system by constructing various heterogeneous distributed information sources and extracting the desired answer from the information source storing the most suitable answer to the information need of the user through various correct answer extracting techniques. A language analyzer(130) linguistically analyzes a sentence of a target document(110) or a question sentence(120) of the user. A heterogeneous correct answer indexer(150) constructs the heterogeneous distributed information sources(140) by indexing the correct answer through various correct answer indexing techniques according to the sentence of the target document or the question sentence of the user. A multi-correct answer extractor(160) extracts the most suitable candidate answers to the information need of the user from the information sources through the correct answer extracting techniques. A correct answer manager(170) infers the extracted candidate answers according to the information need of the user, and integrates and presents the correct answers to the user.
