Abstract: Disclosed is an inter-vehicle communicating method using navigation road map information which enables accurate information to be delivered swiftly via a broadcasting technique referring to the road map information at positions such as intersections when knowing on which road a vehicle is located based on directional information of the vehicle in a vehicle navigation system combined with a global positioning system (GPS). The method for the inter-vehicle communications is as follows. A navigation unit keeps track of a vehicle to determine a position of the vehicle on a road. A message receiving unit receives a message from other vehicles within a communications range. A road coordinate extracting unit analyzes the received message to extract road coordinate information from the message. A determining unit determines whether the message is to be relayed or not depending on whether the extracted road coordinate information and current road coordinate information of the vehicle belong to the same road segment. When it is determined, by message relay unit, that the received message is to be relayed, a message relay unit relays the received message to other vehicles on the same road segment.

Abstract: 본 발명은 위반 검증을 통한 SLA 자발 보상 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 시스템적으로 위반 검증 절차를 거쳐 자발 보상을 시행할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 있다.
본 발명은 품질을 감시하는 중 위반이 발생하면 1차적으로 지연 사유를 통한 귀책 사유를 판단하고 보상이 필요한 경우 예상 보상 금액을 산출하며 실제로 위반이 발생하였는지 위반 사유가 무엇인지 예상 보상 금액이 적절하게 산출되었는지 재차 확인하여 자발 보상이 시행되도록 한다.
본 발명은 통신 서비스에서 자발 보상을 수행하여 가입자들이 요구하는 품질 수준이 높아지고 타 사업자와의 경쟁에서 우위를 점할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An AUTOSAR meta file based basic software attribute value inspecting device is provided to verify setup of attribute values of an electronic device software platform by verifying a basic software attribute value based on an AUTOSAR meta file. Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting SLA(Service Level Agreement) voluntary refund based on violation verification are provided to improve the quality level which subscribers demand by processing the voluntary compensation. CONSTITUTION: A violation verification system(300) determines whether the compensation is need to be provided or not based on the searched violation history. If the violation reason occurs during a quality monitoring of a service level agreement, a SLA system searches the delay reason table. If the delay according to the violation reason is business owner side, the SLA system calculates predicted compensation cost according to a violation level based on the subscriber fee information.
