협업 서비스를 이용한 영상회의에서의 회의 연속성 제공 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 회의 연속성 제공 방법은 영상 회의 관리 서버를 통해 참여자의 단말장치로부터 수신한 회의 연속성 제공 요청 메시지를 수신하는 단계; 상기 영상 회의 관리 서버로부터 상기 참여자의 단말장치에 대한 발언권 제어 정보 메시지를 수신하여, 획득된 발언권 제어 정보에 따라 발언권을 제어하는 단계; 상기 영상 회의 관리 서버로부터 상기 참여자에 대한 가입자 상태 정보 메시지를 수신 받아 상기 단말장치의 상태 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 영상 회의 관리 서버를 통해 상기 단말장치로 회의 연속성 제공 응답 메시지를 송신하고, 상기 참여자의 새로운 단말장치를 회의에 초대하는 단계를 포함한다.

According to a method for controlling a remote device in a video conference system, a device management server receives a device control request message for the remote device from a participant terminal and generates a control command for controlling the remote device. The device management server also transmits a control message including the control command to the remote device to operate the remote device. Then, the device management server receives a response message including a result of operation corresponding to the control command from the remote device and transmits the received response message to the participant terminal.

PURPOSE: A system for acquiring the location of a portable terminal and call service method thereof are provided to transmit the acquired location to an emergency rescue institution by rapidly acquiring the location of a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication service provider server(200) transmits base station information to a portable terminal. An internet phone service provider server(300) receives the information of the base station connecting from the portable terminal to another portable terminal. The internet phone service provider server transmits the received base station information and the information of the portable terminal to a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) server. A PSTN service provider server(400) receives the base station information and the information of the portable terminal from the internet phone service provider server. The PSTN service provider server provides the received information to an emergency rescue center server. 수신서버는, 수신부와 분석부를 포함한다. 수신부는, 제1 망(network)을 통해 긴급 호의 음성 호를 수신한다. 분석부는 수신된 긴급 음성 호를 분석하고, 긴급 음성 호의 분석 결과, 미디어를 지원할 수 있는 호인 경우, 제2 망(network)을 통해 미디어를 요청하여 수신부로 전달하도록 한다. 또한, 분석부는, 수신부가 수신된 미디어와 긴급 음성 호를 발신하도록 한다.

PURPOSE: A transmission method capable of transmitting an emergency call is provided to detect location information of an internet phone from a location information management server of an internet service provider. CONSTITUTION: An internet phone connected to network transmits DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) request in a DHCP server of an internet service provider(S110). The DHCP server transmits the DHCP to the internet phone(S120). By using a transmitted location information management server, the internet phone transfers location information request to a location information management server(S130). The location information management server transfers the location information response to the internet phone(S140). An emergency call including the detected location information is generated/transferred.

PURPOSE: A method for supplying many additional telephone services over the Internet is provided to clarify services selected by a user as one service logic, and to transmit the service logic to a registration server through an SIP, thereby enabling the user to simultaneously select various additional services and receive a call service. CONSTITUTION: A system sets and manages a relation setup table between telephone additional services(201). A VoIP system internally manages the additional services as a service logic based on a CPL(Call Processing Language)(202). The VoIP system displays a GUI to which the additional services are supplied, for a user using a VoIP terminal(203). The VoIP system enables the user to select additional telephone services(204), and inputs a corresponding information value through a detailed menu(205). If the user clicks an OK button, an entire service logic is generated according to the CPL for the selected additional services(206). The selected additional services are displayed on the GUI(207). A VoIP application server of the VoIP system decides whether the user selects other additional service(208). If not, the VoIP application server transmits the service logic to a registration server to register the service logic(209). The transmission part of a system for providing realistic voice outputs the voice signal of a speaker which is outputted from mikes which are installed according to the position of users to a reception part and also generates a position matrix which represents the relative output level of a voice signal outputted from the mikes after extracting the level of the voice signal of the speaker outputted from the mikes and outputs it to the reception part. The reception part of the system for providing realistic voice controls the voice output of the speakers which are installed corresponding to each position of the users by using the position matrix.

A receiver-side provider call processing apparatus receives a phone call message requesting a call connection - the phone call message includes a sender number, a receiver number, a subscriber number, and a name of a sender-side provider - from a sender-side provider call processing apparatus, and establishes a phone call between a receiver terminal and a sender terminal based on the phone call message. Then, when a voice phishing phone call report for the connected call is received from the receiver terminal, the receiver-side provider call processing apparatus provides information including the sender number, the subscriber number, and the name of the sender-side provider to a voice phishing phone call information providing server, and requests the registration of the voice phishing phone call. The information on such voice phishing phone calls is provided to Internet phone providers, and the Internet phone providers prevent the voice phishing phone calls based on the information.

PURPOSE: A call connection method of an emergency call center and apparatus thereof based on the preference of a user are provided to attempt call connection to an emergency call center through an internet telephone terminal. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(400) communicates with a network device. A emergency call center information storing unit(410) stores URL(Uniform Resource Locator) information of an emergency call center. A control unit(420) generates an invite message including URL information of the emergency call center according to the request of a user. The control unit transmits the invite message to a proxy server.
