본발명의실시예에따른중요도에따른원격화면전송시스템은현재화면의중요도를판단하는중요도판단부; 상기현재화면의중요도에따라상기중요도가높은화면은고품질로결정하고상기중요도가낮은화면은저품질로결정하는화면품질결정부; 및상기화면품질결정부에의해결정된품질로상기현재화면을네트워크를통해전송하는화면전송부를포함할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A multicast service device based on a PMIPv6 and a method thereof are provided to minimize multicast traffic transfer delay due to a re-subscription procedure of a mobile node to a multicast group. CONSTITUTION: An LMA(Local Mobility Anchor)(100) additionally stores multicast group related information received from a mobile access gateway(MAG1)(210) in a BCE(Binding Cache Entry) of a mobile node(33). The mobile node receives a PBU(Proxy Binding Update) message from a newly accessed mobile access gateway(MAG2)(230). The mobile node transfers a PBA(Proxy Binding Answer) message to the mobile access gateway(MAG2) wherein the PBA message includes the multicast group related information.

PURPOSE: A terminal control method and apparatus based on recognition of vehicle driving state are provided to restrict phone call during driving by informing a person who tries to call a driver that the driver is driving a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A terminal control method based on recognition of vehicle driving state is as follows. Vehicle speed information is received from an electronic device connected to a terminal control unit(S104). A message is created based on the received vehicle speed information and offered to a driver's terminal(S106). Service setting is requested to a telematics center connected to the terminal control unit. A message that indicates the setting of vehicle driving recognition service is outputted to the driver's terminal.

PURPOSE: A system, a method thereof, and a compensation method are provided to measure subjective customer quality while executing real time objective measurement about VoIP subscribers. CONSTITUTION: A QoE(Quality Of Experience) analyzer(200) receives and analyzes a first quality measurement information and a second quality measurement information. The first quality measurement information is collected through a preset measurement method about speech quality. The second quality measurement information is collected through a terminal(100). Based on the analysis of the QoE analyzer, a subscriber management part(300) executes the subscriber management for the post processing. An opening/termination administration part(400) collects data used for analyzing the second quality measurement information in the QoE analyzer.

A method and an apparatus for measuring sound quality are provided to allow a telephone service provider to provide a high quality service by removing a cause of quality degradation through a sound quality measurement result obtained by a direct participation of a subscriber. A call connection unit(200) receives a call requesting measurement of sound quality from a subscriber terminal, and establishes a call connection with the subscriber terminal. A signal receiving unit(220) receives a signal including a voice inputted by a user of the subscriber terminal from the subscriber terminal. A quality measuring unit(230) obtains the voice included in the received signal and measures sound quality. A quality information transmitting unit(240) transmits information about the measured quality to the subscriber terminal.
