The present invention relates to a dashboard apparatus for an automobile, which comprises a communications unit receiving a widget or content transmitted from at least one user terminal; a dashboard page consisting of multiple containers in which the widget or content is embedded; a conversion unit generating data having a form embeddable into the dashboard page; an execution unit loading the dashboard page on a screen; a sensing data acquisition unit acquiring instrumentation data inputted through one or more sensors; and an interface unit processing the instrumentation data acquired by instrumentation data to be combined on the dashboard pate loaded by the execution unit.

Provided is a method for remote control using a dynamic script in a control terminal. The method includes the steps of acquiring a control module formed with a dynamic script to control a control target terminal; creating the acquired control module as a dynamic script string; executing the created dynamic script; connecting with the control target terminal through the executed control module; outputting the control GUI; outputting a graphic user interface (GUI) on a screen by visualizing the GUI for remote control included in the executed control module; and transmitting event information input from a user through the GUI to the control target information.

본 발명은 스마트 폰을 포함하는 이동통신 단말기의 데이터 송수신 서비스에 있어서 선택적으로 데이터를 송신하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명은 데이터를 송신하는 송신 단말과, 데이터를 수신하는 수신 단말 사이에서 데이터의 송신 여부를 선택하는 선택적 데이터 송신 서버에 있어서, 상기 송신 단말로부터 수신된 데이터의 패킷을 계산하는 패킷 크기 확인 모듈, 상기 수신 단말의 배터리 상태 정보를 수신하고 관리하는 배터리 상태 관리 모듈, 상기 패킷 크기 확인 모듈에서 계산된 패킷 크기와, 상기 배터리 상태 관리 모듈에서 관리하는 배터리 상태 정보를 이용하여 상기 수신 단말로 데이터를 송신할지 여부를 결정하는 데이터 송신 결정 모듈을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 서버가 단말의 배터리 상태 정보와 송신 메시지의 크기에 따라 선택적 데이터 송신을 함으로써, 단말의 배터리 소모를 최소화하는 효과가 있다.

IPTV 채널 방송 서비스에 있어서 사용자의 방송 채널 변경 패턴에 대한 데이터를 기초로 사전에 등록할 채널들을 선택하여 등록함으로써 채널 전환 시간을 효과적으로 개선하는 채널 제어 장치 및 이를 이용한 채널 사전 등록 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 채널 제어 장치는 IPTV 채널 방송 서비스에 있어서, 설정된 주기 동안 사용자의 방송 채널 변경 패턴에 대한 데이터를 수집하는 패턴 정보 수집부와, 수집된 데이터를 기초로 사전에 등록할 채널들에 대한 허용 대역폭인 사전 등록 채널 대역폭을 설정하는 대역폭 관리부와, 사용자의 채널 선호도에 따라 사전에 등록할 채널들을 선택하는 채널 선택부 및 사전 등록 채널 대역폭을 초과하지 않는 범위에서 채널 선택부에 의해 선택된 사전에 등록할 채널들을 등록하는 채널 등록 실행부를 포함한다.
