    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling session mobility between terminals when there is no session information are provided to increase user service satisfaction by guaranteeing multimedia service continuity through session and media mobility between terminals. CONSTITUTION: A session mobility control system connects media sessions between terminals through an IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) entity(150) and a continuity control server(140). The session mobility control system comprises a first terminal(110) of a user A, a second terminal(120) of the user A, a remote terminal(130) of a user B, a continuity control server, and the IMS entity. The continuity control server provides a service continuity control function based on an IMS. The IMS entity provides an IMS function.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A multimedia session mobile control system and a control method thereof are provided to notify the movement of a session if a specific multimedia session moves between a terminal and a network. CONSTITUTION: If a session of a receiving terminal(120) and an originating terminal(110) is moved, a service movement control server(130) originates a session movement message. A service supply server(140) recognizes a multimedia service through the session movement message. The service supply server changes rules of the multimedia service.
