PURPOSE: A wireless resource allocating device in a relay based mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to enable a base station and a relay to perform scheduling with only channel state information about a connected user terminal which is connected to the base station and the relay, thereby eliminating a need of the base station and the relay which obtains CQI reports about other user terminals which are not connected. CONSTITUTION: A base station receives a CQI(Channel Quality Indicator) report about a first relay zone from a base station terminal in a second relay zone(S801). The base station receives a CQI report about a first access zone from the base station terminal in a second access zone. At the same time, the base station schedules a third relay zone(S802). The base station transmits data to the base station terminal by scheduling a third relay zone. At the same time, the base station schedules a third access zone(S803). The base station transmits data to the base station terminal in the third access zone(S804).

PURPOSE: A call processing method for a machine to machine communication terminal is provided to reduce power consumption by simplifying a data transmission procedure for transmitting the uplink data of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal transmits an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection request message to a base station(803). The terminal receives an RRC connection setup message from the base station(805). The terminal receives an UL(UpLink) resource allocation message from the base station when the terminal does not transmit a service request message and a buffer state report message to the base station(806). The terminal transmits messages for processing calls.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A handover apparatus using reception signal strength and radial velocity and method thereof are provided to improve handover performance and to calculate radial velocity for each base station by measuring reception signal strength. CONSTITUTION: A reception signal strength measurement unit(212) measures the reception signal strength of handover candidate base stations and the reception signal strength of a base station. A reception signal speed measurement unit(214) measures the radial velocity of the handover candidate base stations and the radial velocity of the base station. When the reception signal strength of the base station is under reference reception signal strength, a handover processing unit(216) determines handover target base stations by using the measured reception signal strength and the measured radial velocity.

CONSTITUTION: An SCC device monitor(480) monitors whether at least one SCC is attached to an operating terminal and whether at least one SCC device is attached to/detached from the operating terminal. A managing device(460) requests a base station to additionally allocate the second component carrier according to whether the at least one SCC device is attached/detached. The managing device requests the base station to collect the second component carrier.

PURPOSE: A data transmission base station selecting apparatus is provided to select a base station in order for a mobile terminal to transmit data in a dynamic base station selection method. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(510) transmits data scheduling information about a terminal within a coverage of a serving base station to a cooperation base station. A receiver(520) receives first data transmission traffic information based on data scheduling information from the cooperation base station. A controller(530) selects a data transmission base station based on the first data transmission traffic information.

PURPOSE: A caller certification method and system for phishing prevention are provided to supply caller ID information to a receiver after authenticating the identification of a caller through a certificate authority agency. CONSTITUTION: An origination information is included in a communication request signal. A communication system(120) requests the identification of a caller by transmitting the origination information to a certificate authority server. The communication system transfers caller ID information to a receiving terminal(140) of a receiver. The receiving terminal displays the caller ID information.

PURPOSE: A handover method between different networks and a device for managing radio resources for handover between different networks are provided to perform handover by dynamic radio resource information, thereby distributing suitable loads of network resources between wireless communication networks. CONSTITUTION: Radio resource information about each wireless communication network is dynamically obtained(S300~S320). It is determined whether to perform handover of a user terminal connected to one of the wireless communication networks based on the obtained radio resource information(S340).
