The present invention relates to a method, device and system for providing a multi-tenant cloud service for guaranteeing quality of service (QOS) for each flow and each virtual machine (VM). A dynamic virtual flow switch according to the present invention may include: a switch flow agent for receiving and storing virtual machine QOS information for each of a plurality of virtual machines operating in a plurality of computer servers and flow QOS information for each flow generated by the virtual machines; and a flow processing unit for determining, upon receiving the flows generated by the virtual machines, QOS priority orders of the flows on the basis of the virtual machine QOS information for the virtual machines that have generated the flows and the stored flow QOS information for the flows.

PURPOSE: A packet transceiver device and a method thereof are provided to add a control field and an address field to a data field. CONSTITUTION: A PCIe(Peripheral Component Interconnect express) interface unit(210) is connected to a PCIe bus. The PCIe interface unit transmits and receives a packet through the connected PCIe bus. A coding unit(220) analyzes a data field of the received packet. The coding unit performs conversion into one or more read or write commands according to an attribute of the data field. A synchronous/asynchronous frame relay system which efficiently supplies synchronization between multimedia devices is provided to minimize a delay time between a relay device and a jitter about a real time broadcasting type traffic. A terminal device(200) classifies a synchronization frame and an asynchronous frame. A relay device(300) relays the asynchronous frame received from the terminal device to the switch or the bridge mode. The relay equipment includes a relay unit of the physical layer and intermediary of the link layer. The synchronization frame and asynchronous frame include the synchronization frame or an ethertype item indicating the asynchronous frame.

PURPOSE: A method for settling a communication interruption in an inter-process communication(IPC), is provided to settle a communication interruption, without restarting a system after turning off, when a communication is interrupted by an occupancy of IPC queue resources by a special processor, in an IPC server of a real-time operation system. The method enables to continue an information process operation of other processes, by sacrificing only one or small minority of process, in an operation system held up while many processes process information. CONSTITUTION: A method for settling a communication interruption in an inter-process communication(IPC), comprises the steps of: recognizing a queue pool generation and informing a user of the generation; selecting a sacrificial process among processes existing in an operation system; collecting every queue resources from the selected sacrificial process; resuming a normal operation of the system by making the collected queue resources shared by existing processes.
