PURPOSE: A start time point randomizing method of a subject terminal operation is provided to randomize operation time of a subject terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(210) standby for standby time of an interval which is shorter than the operation time interval from a starting point of an operation time interval(250). The terminal determines a network device(220) is connected to the terminal(260). The terminal is connected to the network device according to the determination(261). The terminal transmits data to an application server(230) via the network device(270,271).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An inter-cell interference control method about a mobile terminal locating in border area of cell and an inter-cell interference control device installed in the border area of the cell are provided to simply control the inter-cell interference without using complex algorithm by being installed in the border area of cell. CONSTITUTION: A frequency receiving unit(110) receives the use frequency from the base station belonging to the cell. A scheduling unit(120) schedules mobile terminals locating in the border area of the cell in which the scheduling unit belongs to the natural disposition and controls the inter-cell interference. An information transmitting unit(130) transmits the sync information, the system information, and a reference signal. A frequency change unit(140) notifies the change of frequency to the mobile terminals locating in the border area of cell according to the use frequency change request from the base station of cell to which the frequency change unit belongs.

PURPOSE: A method of authenticating users using a user identity module in a digital mobile communication system is provided which allows an authentication center to initiate unique challenge procedure using identification numbers of the user identity module previously shared without regard to a currently being used mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: In a method of authenticating users using a user identity module in a digital mobile communication system, in case of user location registration and terminating call, an identification number of the user identity module instead of an identification number of a mobile terminal is used as an input variable of a user authentication algorithm. In case of originating call, the identification number of the user identity module instead of an identification number of a mobile terminal is used as the input variable of a user authentication algorithm.
