Abstract: Without installing a pressing device(33) on the holder(31) of the upper mold(3), a fastening sill(41) is formed on the lower mold(4), and a blocking body(211,221,231) on the bottom of each partitioning body(21-23) of the brim mold(2) is fixed and installed with bolts. Although each partitioning body is to be raised along the surface of the ramp as the brim mold is pushed outside by the expansive force of a burnt coin(1) at a standstill condition of the table(7), it cannot be raised because the blocking body(211,221,231) on the bottom of the partitioning body is caught by the fastening sill. Therefore, the expansive force of the burnt coin cannot open the brim mold, partitioning lines are not marked on the coins formed with this method. Also the setting, work of a mold becomes easier because the pressing device is excluded from the holder of the upper mold.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A mesh using mandrel and pattern integrated type metal screen printing plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce the metal printing plate effectively, and to have superior durability because of the printing plate of metal material. CONSTITUTION: The mesh and pattern integrated type metal screen printing plate manufacturing method is as follows. Photoresist is spread on the mandrel. Exposure operates for the pattern formation. The photoresist is developed. The mesh pattern integrated screen printing plate operates first plating on the top of the mushroom shaped conductive material which is included inside the mandrel. The photoresist is spread again and operates exposure and development of film in which the pattern expressing outer covering part is formed. The photoresist eliminates after dividing the mold(mandrel). The completed screen printing plate external phase enforces the third plating.
