Abstract: The present invention relates to a top plate fastening device for concrete sleepers which is capable of maintaining fastening force while a fast clip is not pulled out even if the expansion of a rail occurs in a longitudinal direction by fastening a top plate using the fast clip fastened in a direction of the sleepers; and is capable of easily adjusting the gauge of a track as the top plate is laterally movable using a space adjusting piece. The top plate fastening device for concrete sleepers according to the present invention is a device for fastening the top plate which is installed on the upper side of the concrete sleeper fixed and installed as a pair of shoulders is buried at both ends in order for the top of the top plate to protrude from the upper surface of the sleeper, and in which the rail is built on the top.
