Abstract: The present invention relates to a top plate fastening device for concrete sleepers which is capable of maintaining fastening force while a fast clip is not pulled out even if the expansion of a rail occurs in a longitudinal direction by fastening a top plate using the fast clip fastened in a direction of the sleepers; and is capable of easily adjusting the gauge of a track as the top plate is laterally movable using a space adjusting piece. The top plate fastening device for concrete sleepers according to the present invention is a device for fastening the top plate which is installed on the upper side of the concrete sleeper fixed and installed as a pair of shoulders is buried at both ends in order for the top of the top plate to protrude from the upper surface of the sleeper, and in which the rail is built on the top. Abstract: PURPOSE: A coupling apparatus for the tip of a tongue rail is provided to enable the maintenance work of a railroad even in the vicinity of a tongue rail using railroad maintenance equipment. CONSTITUTION: A coupling apparatus for the tip of a tongue rail comprises fixtures(30) and connectors(40). The fixtures fix the positions of the tips of tongue rails(20) and maintain the gaps between the tongue rails. The connectors push and pull the tongue rails to switch a railroad. The connectors are installed in the inner side of the fixtures and secondarily maintain the gaps between the tongue rails.

The eccentric nut is coupled to the roller body by being connected to the roller portion. The eccentric nut comprises a nut body portion, a nut head portion, and a nut coupling hole. The nut body portion is coupled to the primary groove of the roller body. The nut coupling hole is connected to a rotary shaft of the roller portion. The eccentric nut fixing plate fixes the eccentric nut.
