    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermal mass flow sensor is provided to irregularly form intervals of each thermocouple forming a thermopile and a heating unit so that precise measurement sensitivity within a wide flow rate range is obtained. CONSTITUTION: A thermal mass flow sensor includes a thin film (210), a heating unit (220), and first and second thermopiles (231, 232). The heating unit is formed on the thin film. The first and second thermopiles connect the thermocouples on the upper and lower streams of the heating unit in a row. Intervals of each thermocouple and the heating unit are irregularly formed so that the first and second thermopiles improve measurement sensitivity regardless of flow rate range.

    Abstract: The present invention suggests an ultrasonic flow measuring method which calculation tomography improved in ultrasonic flow measurement is applied, and if using calculation tomography, linear flow rate distribution is converted to dot flow rate distribution thereby reducing deviation of a measurement value and a standard value. The ultrasonic flow measuring method of the present invention is a ultrasonic determination and comprises: a step of measuring a linear flow rate in a flow direction of fluid passing through a pipe inside; a step of converting the measured linear flow rate to linear flow rate distribution; a step of converting to dot flow rate distribution by applying the calculation tomography on the linear flow rate distribution; and a step of calculating cross section mean current velocity and a flow amount by integrating the dot flow rate distribution.
