PURPOSE: An anti-separation cap of a multilayered thin film insulation fixing device for a satellite and a mounting method thereof are provided to effectively prevent the separation of a multilayered thin film insulation. CONSTITUTION: An anti-separation cap of a multilayered thin film insulation fixing device for a satellite comprises a stand-off(120), an anti-separation cap(110), and a clip washer(140). The stand-off fixes a multilayered thin film insulation material and is mounted on the surface of a satellite structure. The anti-separation cap is mounted on the stand-off, and has an opening part through which the upper part of the stand-off is exposed to the outside; and a cavity part in which an adhesive is filled. The clip washer fixes the stand-off exposed above the anti-separation cap.

본 발명은 산처리 및 열처리를 수행하여 고온에서 고강도 특성을 나타낼 수 있도록 한, 우주비행체 추력기용 하이드라진 분해용 이리듐 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, (1) 보오크사이트를 0.1 내지 10M의 농도의 산과 10 내지 14시간 동안 접촉시키는 산처리단계; (2) 상기 산처리단계 후, 고형분으로서의 보오크사이트를 상기 산으로부터 여과해내는 여과단계; (3) 상기 산처리된 보오크사이트를 500 내지 700℃의 온도범위의 열풍과 2 내지 6시간 동안 접촉시키는 열처리단계; (4) 상기 열처리된 보오크사이트에 촉매로서의 이리듐을 담지시키는 촉매담지단계; 및 (5) 상기 촉매담지된 보오크사이트의 촉매를 환원시키는 환원단계;들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다. 우주비행체, 하이드라진 추력기, 이리듐 촉매, 담체, 침전 알루미나, 보오크사이트

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for calibration for a micro flow rate of an impulse-output type flowmeter are provided to precisely measure a micro flow rate of fluid by converting an impulse value into a value of the micro flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A flow rate calibration apparatus includes a fluid feeding tank, a static pressure calibration tank, an impulse-output type flowmeter, and an output signal processing unit. The fluid feeding tank stores fluid therein. When a flow rate valve(7) connected to a compensation tank(10) is opened, the fluid feeding tank feeds fluid into various components. The static pressure calibration tank includes the flow rate valve(7), a storage tank(10), a balance(17), a static pressure control valve(13), a flexible pipe(12), thermometers(14,16) and a pressure meter(15).

PURPOSE: A breakage preventing device of the sealing of a CryoFit coupling in a very low temperature environment is provided to control the operation of a heater and to uniformly maintain the coupling over a certain temperature, the sealing and the connection of pipes by sticking a heater in the coupling and by adjusting a power supplier through a thermostat or a power controller. CONSTITUTION: A heater(1), a thermostat and a power supplier(4) are connected serially and controlled mechanically. The heater is connected with a power controller(5) through the power supplier and a temperature sensor(3) is connected with the power controller to control electronically. Thereby, the breakage of a sealing by an expansion of a CryoFit coupling in a very low temperature environment is prevented.

PURPOSE: A joining method of a pipe using a shape memory alloy coupling under a condition impossible to weld is provided to connect pipes easily and simply in a short time even under work conditions are impossible to weld. CONSTITUTION: In a joining method of a pipe using a shape memory alloy coupling(1) under a conditions impossible to weld, the surface and the ends of pipes(4,5) are smoothly trimmed and an installation position indication part(6) is indicated at a position of the surface of the pipe to install the shape memory alloy coupling, using a marking gauge. The shape memory alloy coupling maintained on a low expansion state is kept in an insulating box. The shape memory alloy coupling kept in the insulating box is inserted into the installation indication part of the pipe(5) and then the pipe(4) is inserted into the shape memory alloy coupling from the opposite side. Connection is fixed while the shape memory alloy coupling contracts.
