Abstract: PURPOSE: A frequency mixer is provided to implement low noise, low power, and high gain properties. CONSTITUTION: A frequency mixer includes an input part(100), a switching part(102), and an output part(104). The input part receives RF(Radio Frequency) signals. The switching part receives RF signals and generates IF(Intermediate Frequency) signals. The output part outputs the IF signals generated by the switching part. The RF signals outputted from the input part are transmitted to the switching part through one of two or more signal paths from the input part to the switching part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A low noise amplifier having a load terminal of a negative resistance structure is provided to offset an effect of parasitic resistance existing within an inductor since the load terminal of the low noise amplifier is formed by combining an inductor with a cross coupled transistor. CONSTITUTION: A common source low noise amplifier comprises an amplification unit(310), a load unit(320), and an output unit(330). The amplification unit has a common source structure. The load unit comprises a third MOS(metal oxide semiconductor transistor) transistor, a fourth MOS, a first on chip inductor, and a second on chip inductor. The output unit is connected to an output terminal of the amplification unit and an input terminal of the load unit. The outputs unit outputs a RF signal amplified by the amplification unit to an outside element.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A front end circuit is provided to eliminate noise characteristics due to a resistive feedback in the wideband low noise amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A front end circuit(10) comprises a wideband low noise amplifier(100), an output buffer(200), and an elastic wave filter(300). The wideband low noise amplifier receives a radio frequency signal. The wideband low noise amplifier drives in a plurality of frequency bands including a first frequency band and a second frequency band. Abstract: An antenna feeding circuit and an antenna device using the same are provided to stably maintain a phase difference of a signal in a wide frequency band by using a CRLH(Composite Right/Left Handed) meta material transmitting line. An antenna feeding circuit comprises a first CRLH meta material transmitting line(602) and a second CRLH meta material transmitting line(604), and a power divider(600). The first CRLH meta material transmitting line changes a phase of a signal as a first angle. The second CRLH meta material transmitting line changes a phase of a signal as a second angle. Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for determining a ring ratio in an amplitude and phase shift keying (APSK) system.
