Abstract: 본발명에따른영상처리를통한해안선측정방법은, 일정시간동안해안선을촬영하여복수의이미지를생성하는제1단계; 상기복수의이미지각각을실제지형좌표로기하보정하는제2단계; 상기기하보정된 복수의이미지에포함된각각의픽셀값의평균값을구하여하나의평균이미지를생성하는제3단계; 상기생성된평균이미지에포함된각각의픽셀에대해 B-밴드(Blue-band)의픽셀값에서 R-밴드(Red-band)의픽셀값을차감한값을명도(brightness)로갖는 BR 차이이미지를생성하는제4단계; 상기 BR 차이이미지에서 B-밴드의픽셀값과 R-밴드의픽셀값을차감한값이소정이하인복수의픽셀을추출하는제5단계; 상기제2단계에서기하보정된 복수의이미지에포함된각각의픽셀별로픽셀값의편차를계산하고, 계산된편차값을픽셀값으로갖는하나의편차이미지를생성하는제6단계; 상기생성된편차이미지에서상기편차값이소정이상인복수의픽셀을추출하는제7단계; 및상기제5단계에서추출된복수의픽셀및 상기제7단계에서추출된복수의픽셀의중첩영역을구하여평균해안선으로결정하는제8단계를포함한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a detecting system for swell-like high waves and tsunamis using an offshore structure and a method thereof. The detecting system for swell-like high waves and tsunamis comprises an offshore structure which is installed in the open sea; an ultrasonic wave-height meter which is installed and fixed on the offshore structure, measures the fluctuation of a water level (height of a surface wave) from the turnaround time of pulse by emitting ultrasonic pulse toward the surface of the sea and receiving reflected waves from the surface of the sea, and transmits the fluctuation of the water level to an analyzer; and the analyzer which is installed and fixed on the offshore structure, analyzes the development of swell-like high waves and tsunamis by using the data of the fluctuation of the water level measured in real time through the ultrasonic wave-height meter and hypothetical tsunami marine condition scenarios in conditions, and transmits detection data analyzed in real time to a remote place. Accordingly, the detecting system is able to detect the development of swell-like high waves and tsunamis in real time and is able to be applied to the forecast and warning of swell-like high waves and tsunamis by transferring the development from the system in real time when the generation of swell-like high waves and tsunamis is detected, thereby being able to prevent damages due to swell-like high waves generated in the open sea, and earthquake or tsunamis generated from the outside of territorial waters in advance.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A real-time breakwater wave observation method using CCTV camera is provided to easily observe real-time wave phenomenon of breakwater with large spatial variation even in narrow range, with low cost and less manpower. CONSTITUTION: System decodes a plurality of continual image files from one compressed video file photographed in real-time. The system performs geometric correction of image from image coordinates to real coordinate. The system produces time change image for wave run-up height by one inclined section of breakwater slope from the adjusted image.
