Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for obtaining high purity phosphoric acid crystal to the maximum yield by efficiently removing about 24 types of heavy metal remained in phosphoric acid as impurities, and an apparatus for manufacturing the high purity phosphoric acid crystal are provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a crystal manufacturing unit (10) comprising a raw material phosphoric acid tank (11) for supplying phosphoric acid, and a crystallization tank (14) on the outer part of which a jacket (12) is formed, and in which a scraper (13) is installed so that an internal temperature is maintained to -70 to -30 deg.C using refrigerant circulating the external jacket (12), and phosphoric acid seed crystal is continuously manufactured by scraping crystal on the wall surface of the crystallization tank (14) using the scraper (13); a crystal aging unit (20) comprising refrigerant circulator (21) and temperature sensor (22) for temperature controlling, and an aging tank (24) in which a propeller impeller (23) is installed, and which receives phosphoric acid crystal so that the phosphoric acid crystal is aged for 10 to 40 minutes by cooling it to a temperature of 4 to 20 deg.C; and a crystal purifying unit (30) comprising a purifying tank (33) comprising a jacket (31) installed on the outer part of the purifying tank (33) to maintain temperature and a heater (32) installed inside the purifying tank (33) to melt crystal so that some of the crystal grains are refluxed while some of the crystal grains are taken as product by melting crystal grains precipitated into the bottom by gravity of the crystal grains.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a purification method and an equipment for polyethylene wax which is useful as a coloring agent and an lubricant. CONSTITUTION: The purification method of lower polyethylene wax generated form the polymerization of polyethylene slurry, by crystallization comprises the steps of: inserting lower polyethylene wax into a crystallizer; heating the lower polyethylene wax in the crystallizer up; cooling it to crystalize the inside of the crystallizer; melting produced crystals at 80-140 deg. C; and obtaining high purity of crystals therefrom.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing spherical polyethylene powder which excludes the need for production of a polymerization catalyst, and simplifies the processing steps to save the costs and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing spherical polyethylene powder comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving a polyethylene into a good solvent to form a transparent and homogeneous solution; (b) heating a non-solvent which cannot dissolve polyethylene in a separate container at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of polyethylene; (c) mixing the homogeneous solution of the step (a) with the heated non-solvent of the step (b); (d) cooling the mixture to a temperature lower than the crystallization temperature of polyethylene to form an emulsion; and (e) separating and filtering the emulsion, removing the remaining good solvent and non-solvent with a washing solvent and then drying. The apparatus for producing spherical polyethylene powder comprises the means(1) for dissolving the polyethylene into the good solvent; a means(2) for heating the non-solvent; an agitated crystallizing device(3) for mixing the good solvent with the non-solvent; a filter(4) for recovering spherical polyethylene particles; and a separator(5) for recycling the remaining polyethylene.
