Abstract:
본 발명은 심플리실리움 라멜리콜라 KRICT3으로부터 유래된 신규한 만노실 지질 유도체 또는 이의 농약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 하는 살충 또는 항균성 식물병 방제용 농약학적 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 심플리실리움 라멜리콜라 KRICT3 균주로부터 유래된 추출물 또는 신규한 만노실 지질 유도체를 유효성분으로 하는 살충용, 항세균성 식물병 방제용 조성물은 살충, 항세균 및 항진균 활성이 매우 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 이를 이용한 식물병 방제제는 친환경적이고, 적은 양으로 우수한 식물병 방제 효과를 발휘하며, 이로 인한 작물의 상품성 및 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 또한, 심플리실리움 라멜리콜라 KRICT3는 우리나라에서 자생하는 미생물로서 이로부터 추출되는 본 발명에 따른 신규한 만노실 지질 유도체는 경제적인 대체 효과가 크므로, 이를 유효성분으로 하는 농약학적 조성물은 살충제, 항세균성 식물병 방제제 또는 항진균성 식물병 방제제 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an agrochemical composition for plant disease control or pest control containing a novel mannosyl lipid derivative derived from Simplicillium lamellicola KRICT3 or its agrochemically acceptable salt as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. The composition for plant disease control or pest control containing an extract or a novel mannosyl lipid derivative derived from Simplicillium lamellicola KRICT3 as an active ingredient has very excellent pesticidal, anti-bacterial, and anti-fugal activities. In addition, a plant disease control agent using the same can exhibit an effect on plant disease control even using its small quality and thus can improve marketability and productivity of crops. Further, Simplicillium lamellicola KRICT3 is a microorganism growing naturally in Korea, and the novel mannosyl lipid derivative according to the present invention derived therefrom has a great economic substitution effect, and thus the agrochemical composition containing the novel mannosyl lipid derivative as an active ingredient is useful as an insecticide, an anti-bacterial type plant disease control agent, or anti-fungal type plant disease control agent. 본 발명은 베타-시토스테롤(β-sitosterol) 화합물 또는 이를 포함하는 디프사쿠스( Dipsacus ) 속 식물 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물병 방제용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 식물병 방제 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방제용 조성물은 천연물로부터 유래하여 인체에 무해하고 환경오염을 유발하지 않으면서 다양한 식물병에 대하여 높은 방제활성을 나타내므로 환경친화적인 천연물 살균제의 개발 및 고부가가치의 유기농산물 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing rice blast, tomato late blight, phytophthora blight, or anthracnose contains Malus domestica fruit extract as an active ingredient. The composition for preventing the plant diseases contains a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient, isolated from the Malus domestica fruit extract. The Malus domestica fruit extract is isolated using low carbon number alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms and solution thereof, hexane, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, or mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A microorganism formulation containing Bacillus velezensis KRICT934 strain and culture liquid thereof is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial activity against plant diseases and to enhance crop production. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus velezensis KRICT934(deposit number KCTC 11774BP) strain is isolated from Brassica campestris L. roots and has an antibacterial activity against plant pathogenic bacteria. The bacteria causes sheath blight, tomato gray mold, tomato late blight, mill red rust, or barley powdery mildew. A microorganism formulation with an antibacterial activity against plant pathogenic bacteria contains the Bacillus velezensis KRICT934 strain or culture materials of the strain.

The plant diseases are caused by Meoidogyne spp., Puccinia spp., Phytophthora spp., Magnaporthe spp. or Colletrichum spp. The plant extract is isolated from Annona plant. CONSTITUTION: An insecticidal composition contains Asarum sieboldii or Asarum maculatum extract. The extract is obtained from leaves, stems or roots of Asarum sieboldii using methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, ether, dichloro methane, or hexane. A method for preparing the Asarum sieboldii extract comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing Asarum sieboldii; a step of mixing Asarum sieboldii with methanol in a weight ratio of 1 : 10-1: 40 and extracting for 48 hours; a step of filtering and concentrating; and a step of drying to obtain a crude extract.

A composition for preventing plant diseases contains Bacillus velezensis PB3 strain(KACC 91393P), culture media thereof, or media extract. The plant disease is caused by Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici, Colletotrichum coccodes, Fusarium oxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis cinerea, Magnaporthe grisea, or Alternaria panax. The extract is isolated using alcohol of C1-C4, hexane, acetone, or ethyl acetate.
