    Abstract: The present invention relates to a solar cell which includes: a first electrode; an electron carrier which includes a metal oxide thin film which is formed on the upper surface of the first electrode and a metal oxide nanostructure whose one end is attached to the metal oxide thin film; a light absorber which includes an inorganic semiconductor in contact with the surface of the electron carrier; a second electrode which faces the first electrode; and a hole carrier which includes a redox couple electrolyte which fills a space between the electron carrier and the second electrode.
