Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing various aminophenol derivatives by using a hydroxylaminobenzene mutase having an amino acid sequence represented by sequence number 6 separated from metagenome. The method of the present invention is able to be usefully applied for manufacturing various aminophenol derivatives capable of being used as medical intermediates, various functional chemical materials or intermediates.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to dye compound-degradable laccase, more specifically to: laccase genes derived from Phlebia radiate, a recombinant expression vector including a domain which codes the genes; a host cell transformed by the recombinant vector; and laccase mass produced by culturing the host cell. The laccase can be applied to various fields including dye production, fiber production, pulp production, and food industries by having a dye compound-degradable function.
