Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for neutralizing and purifying toxic materials included in water, liquid foods, cereals, or drinks using a toxicity removal device is provided to decompose toxic materials into corpuscles. CONSTITUTION: A toxicity removal system comprises the following units. A control system is located in a main body(10) in order to control the driving time of a driving motor. A control button(11) is positioned on one side of the main body to manipulate the control system. A rotary plate(21) is detachable from the shaft of the driving motor and located in the lower center of a container(20) where the main body is settled. On the circumference of the rotary plate, a plurality of stirring wings(22) stand and face toward the rotation direction. The container is formed to enable a fluid or liquid food to collide with each other. A plurality of contact protrusions(23) are formed on the inner wall of the container. A lid(30) covers the container from the top.

이러한 본 발명은 건축물의 외벽이나 발코니쪽 벽에 수직방향으로 설치되는 우수관의 내부 중앙에 그 길이방향으로 연속되게 전원과 전기적으로 연결된 열선을 설치하고, 열선의 일측에는 스위치를 구비하여 열선에 전원이 선택적으로 인가되도록 하며, 열선에는 천이나 브러쉬로 된 소음감소부재를 일정간격으로 부착하여 구성한 것으로, 외부기온이 영하로 떨어지는 동절기에 열선을 발열시켜주게 되면 우수관 내부의 온도가 올라가면서 결빙이 되지 않게 되므로 우수가 우수관을 통해 원활하게 배출될 수 있음은 물론 동파를 방지할 수 있는 이점도 있는 것이며, 우수가 이동할 때 우수가 천이나 브러쉬와 접촉되면서 소음이 흡수되어 소음이 없는 쾌적한 주거환경을 구현할 수 있는 것이다.
